Perfect spot for everything
My family and friends needed a spot in Santa Fe to meet up tht was easy to get to, close to the activities we planned and comfortable enough for us all. This spot was all those things and more. Before I arrived, the owner reached out with all the details and checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. He was always available by text/phone and so helpful when we had questions. We all arrived at different times and it was easy to get to for those who drove, and took the train in to town. A fifteen minute walk from the Railyard, farmer's market, several museums, and a quick drive to grocery stores, shopping and the town square.Very comfortable - half way through our stay, the weather turned to hail, winds, and heavy rain for days. The kitchen was great not only for cooking, but congregating throughout our stay. The bedrooms were great places to rest and get some quiet. Morning coffee outside was such a treat. We will for sure be back to Santa Fe - always more to see and do, and we will for sure check to see if this property is available first. One more thing - we accidentally left a few small things and the owner was kind enough to send to us.

Space for All
Our son and daughter in law arrived in the afternoon and set up in the house. My husband, daughter, and I arrived very late and it was dark. The house was well lite but I felt I was walking through a Escher painting. One room led to another in unexpected ways. It was quite fun exploring this unique space. In daylight and an awake brain it all made sense. The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. I liked the private driveway and that we could walk to an excellent cafe for morning coffee. We could also walk to the grocery. The host also did well at communicating with us. We felt very welcome.

Work trip to Santa Fe
We were in Santa Fe and needed a good base for a week-long work trip. The house is an older adobe building and in typical old school NM fashion, has a weird architectural arrangement that means the house is effectively split into two halves/suites, with one of the bedrooms being forced to serve as the interior access between the two! Other than that, services were good - one suite contains a full kitchen, while the other is more of a kitchenette (e.g., stove vs. hotplate). Note - because it's difficult to route utilities through adobe, extra heating is done via portable electric space heaters so BE CAREFUL when plugging in a series of energy hungry appliances (guess how we found that out...).

Great house for a small group or family
Krishan's communication was superb. Quick confirmation of the booking. They reached out before the stay to make sure we had all the information we needed. Messaged day of for access to the property. Had several quick messages about the mechanicals to insure we were comfortable, winter time stay. House was exactly as shown. Clean and well stocked. Very comfortable beds and spaces. Great location for everything Santa Fe yet very private. Easiest checkout I've seen.Thank you for a great stay Krishan!

Great Santa Fe Location
This traditional adobe house is in a great location near amazing restaurants and the rail yard. We stayed for a week with my adult children and had plenty of room. The house is very well stocked. We needed for nothing. Will definitely see if this place is available when we return .

Great for families traveling together
House was clean and conveniently located. Separate living space was great for grandparents traveling with us. It gave them some privacy and alone time away from grandchildren. House would be perfect for families or multiple generations traveling together. Beds were really comfortable. Host was available to answer any questions.

Great location for enjoying Downton
This older adobe was clean and had lovely remodeled bathrooms and lots of space. The floorpan could accommodate 2 separate families. The main kitchen is well stocked and comfortable. There are no built in clothing closets, but there are a few storage options for hanging. The location is very central, but a little more signage would help to find it.
The owner is kind and pleasantly responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Essential Santa Fe
A very Santa Fe property. We had plenty of room and the location was perfect for us. We spent quality time on the large covered patio. The elevation change at every threshold was difficult for our elderly members. We had enough parking room to accommodate a small trailer.

Walking distance to many Santa Fe favorites!
Our group of three friends stayed at this rustic adobe house for a long weekend in March, it was the perfect centralized location as a jumping off point for our touristy adventures. The historic southwest duplex that had been merged into one large rambling home, is located at the end of dead end alley in a very quiet residential neighborhood. It’s walking distance to the weekend farmers market, art galleries and restaurants of the Railyard District. We didn’t use the kitchen while we were there (too many fabulous restaurants to try!), but it looked to be well-stocked with everything you would need for cooking. The separate mini-split wall heaters in each room allowed us to set the temperature in our own bedrooms and the gated driveway offered added security/privacy when we left the car at the house while we wandered the city on foot. Additionally, the beds were all comfortable, the house was clean and we appreciated the prompt communication with our host Krishna. Thanks for a great place to stay!
