Loved this unit! The unit was great, very roomy and very clean. Location was perfect, and we had no issues during our stay. It was really nice that there were no added chores at check-out-no stripping beds, taking out trash, etc. It's all taken care of for you! Only downside was parking is not necessarily close to the unit.

Property is in a great location and has great potential. The significant amount of stairs into the property were unfortunate. The fridge was also leaking water and ruined some of our products in the fridge. Our major concern was the guest bedroom upstairs. There were stains and hair on the comforter and sheets when we walked in. There were stains all over the carpet and a sticky spot near the door. Ants were also found on the guest bed.We also ran into an issue getting into the unit on our last day as the door lock system malfunctioned. The after hours line was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. In short, amazing location with great potential jut an increased focus on cleanliness would've been appreciated.

Nice location and space.
The unit was very conveniently located to the Plaza and tourist activities. The space was great for our family of six. We would have appreciated knowing in advance that the pool has very limited hours (closes at 5:45p).

Comfy One Night Stay
Traveling from Colorado back home to Texas it is our families tradition to have a short stay in Santa Fe. Our stay was comfy and the townhome was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean and beautifully decorated. I only gave it 4 stars on the description because there was no wood to light the fireplace. I'm sure a small oversight. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars for all options. The beds were super comfortable and the downstairs space was perfect for game night after a day of shopping and dining. I will book again when we return. My only suggestion regarding the walk to the plaza...take your vehicle. While the walk there would not have been much of an effort, the walk back for us Texans that are use to flat lands, it would have been a feat. That is a personal suggestion the property, location, and comfort is 10 out of 10!

Not as advertised
The condo was dated but clean and decently located to everything. There are a lot of stairs around the place so be mindful if you have bad knees or weak legs or are in a wheel chair or use a walker or cane. The reason I booked this particular place was for the indoor pool and hot tub and it was closed for an undisclosed amount of time waiting on parts. Which I get but let a guy know before he gets there so he can book something else. They contacted me at least 3 times in the weeks leading up to my trip and never once mentioned the pool being closed. I brought this to their attention and they gave me a 10% discount which is ok but I would have rather had the pool and hot tub.

Excellent place for family socializing and town exploring!
Perfect option for our family of four adults to socialize and explore Santa Fe! Unit was clean, checkin with the management company was super efficient and pleasant.
Unit is two stories, eclectically decorated, stocked with basic needs. First floor featured a beautiful kiva fireplace, tv, comfortable living room seating for FOUR, a spacious dining table, kitchen, and a powder room. Second floor has two bedrooms with comfortable beds with mounds of pillows, two bathrooms, washer/dryer stack, and shared balcony. Two zone A/C worked beautifully!
Unit is located a short downhill walk to the main plaza and myriad shops, restaurants and museums. (May need a few catch-your-breath ‘altitude’ stops on the up-hill return walk.) Area was quiet and seemed very safe, no issues, and downtown is well patrolled.
Notes: Complex parking near the unit can be tight, and you’ll have stairs and gravel path to the unit. Pool was closed when we were there, looked nice though.
Sprouts grocery store was a short drive away, well stocked. Reservations were helpful for most restaurants.
Thanks, owner, for offering your beautiful unit!

We stopped here for the night on our way west from North Texas. The views from this balcony were amazing and there was plenty of room for us and the kids. Beds were comfortable and I got a great nap with a cool breeze as a storm blew in.

Week in Santa Fe
Third stay at Fort Marcy. Our unit was consistent with the level of quality of our previous stays. The units have every thing you need And the on site management staff is quick to respond if you need any help or additional items like more towels or paper towels. It’s a good location in relation to the historic plaza, although you have to face a Two block hill which is not that steep until you add the impact of being at 7000 feet elevation.

Great Location -
This lovely two-story condo is located just up the hill from the plaza. Very walkable distance but if you’re not an active person the uphill walk might be a bit tough. Parking is ample but again lots of up and down stairs to and from lot. Condo has everything you need. Kitchen is well supplied with nice dinnerware and cookware. Needs some ice trays as the ice maker’s output is very slow. Bedrooms are located upstairs. Beds are comfortable and well as the pillows. Beautiful artwork and nice furnishings complete this condo. We would definitely recommend this unit.
