Ein Sauberes Haus in dem man wohnen kann.Fliegengitter wären am Schlafzimmer wünschenswert.TV ist leider nur portugiesisch.Zur Lage, Morgens und Abends viel Verkehr und die Nachbarshunde sind am Abend am bellen.Ansonsten haben wir eine schöne Zeit dort verbracht.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Ferienhaus

Wir waren im Oktober 2019 erst zu sechst, dann zu viert in diesem Haus und haben die komplette Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß mit schöner Terrasse, der Strassenverkehr vor dem Haus hat uns nicht sehr gestört. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist nicht sehr üppig, aber ausreichend, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Rogerio sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Sechs Personen haben gut Platz in diesem Haus, dass wir jederzeit wieder gern nehmen und auch uneingeschränkt empfehlen können

ungemütlich

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und alles sehr neu. Aber es strahlt keine Wärme aus, keine Gemütlichkeit, sehr laut, man hört alle Türen beim schließen, Autos sogar Fußgänger. Die Terrasse befindet sich an der Strasse ohne eine Abgrenzung (z.B. grüne Hecke), es fehlen auch Pflanzen, die dieses Haus schöner wirken lassen. Der Fernseher hat keine deutschen Sender. Handtücher sind nur 1x vorhanden (pro Person 1 Duschtuch und Handtuch), man muß also waschen. Wenn das Haus mehr gedämmt wäre, mehr Gemütlichkeit ausstrahlen würde und die Außenanlage mit Pflanzen und Hecken versehen wäre, könnte man sich wohlfühlen. Der Wohlfühlfaktor war bei uns im Keller. Schade
