Paraíso en la playa! Sentado en la arena en una de las playas semiprivadas más hermosas de Santa Bárbara, "The Boathouse" es el refugio perfecto. Esta propiedad se encuentra en la mejor parte de la playa de Miramar. Construida con madera de teca, caoba y abeto blanco, acompañada de vidrios grabados y vidrieras, esta cabaña única ha sido diseñada para verse y sentirse como un velero personalizado bien construido. La propiedad consta de dos unidades separadas de un dormitorio / un baño unidas por una escalera conectada en el interior y una entrada común desde el exterior. Cada unidad se puede alquilar por separado (con capacidad para 2 adultos y 2 niños) o juntas para un máximo de 6 a 8 personas.

La unidad superior cuenta con una chimenea y una cubierta cerrada más grande. Relájese y disfrute de la increíble vista mientras escucha el sonido de las olas. Deja que las olas te adormezcan en una cómoda cama de matrimonio. Para su entretenimiento, esta acogedora cabaña también está equipada con televisión, televisión por cable y wifi. Sin embargo, ¡estarás demasiado ocupado disfrutando del aire libre! A solo unos pasos de la arena, donde hay muchos accesorios de playa para su disfrute: sillas, sombrillas, kayaks y tablas de surf incluidas.

¡Cuando esté listo para disfrutar de una comida, una pequeña cocina proporciona todo lo que necesita para cocinar o subir a la terraza del techo para disfrutar de una barbacoa! A week in paradise

We loved the property. It was perfect for our family vacation. Our kids were at the Santa Barbara Zoo camp all week and spent the afternoons in the ocean. We couldn't have found a better place for us.

very thoughtfully recreated boat interior but anchored so you can just walk out to the beach and it is a great beach with long beautiful walks at low tide

The location of this place is amazing. We really enjoyed uniqueness of the property and having direct access to the beach. Being so close to the Miramar and San Ysidro is an amazing perk. We loved every minute of our stay and would happily come back.

Beautiful oceanfront home! Nice gated community with in walking distance from the Miramar Hotel for brunch thru the gate. Enjoyed local shopping and restaurants. Will be back next year.

The residence was clean and as advertised. The location is right on the sand in a very quiet area of Montecito. it is a short drive to restaurants in Montecito or downtown Santa Barbara. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful beach front property with a great bed, linens & towels. Beach toys and kayaks included.

Easy directions for check in and out . Property manager was kind enough to drive our misplaced phone half way to the airport so we would not miss our flight.

Perfect spot on the beach

We love this rental. The doors wide open to see and hear the ocean while the fireplace keeps you warm. Very cozy with everything you need. Comfortable bed and great shower. Rooftop deck with grill was an added bonus. We will return!!

You must stay here!

This place was amazing and had so much character. The location was perfect to everything in Montecito and Santa Barbara. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Don’t miss out by staying somewhere else! The communication from the management company was great. We will be back!

Boat House

The Boat House (upper unit) was great. Its a very good vibe with beautiful views. The upper unit was perfect for 2 adults but could probably hold 3. The neighborhood is really quiet and beautiful. Would recommend the Boat House (upper unit) to anyone looking to have a peaceful relaxing get away.

Spectacular Beachfront

What a dream to wake up to this view! Absolutely wonderful property. After celebrating a birthday with my mother, I came back to this slice of heaven and never left during my stay. The property manager was very responsive about an issue - thank you so much for that! I can't wait to come back.

Perfect weekend getaway

My best friend and I stayed at this beautiful little home for a long weekend and it was a perfect getaway. From the location of the home that’s close to by plenty of restaurants and hikes, not to mention being literally on the beach to the comfort of the home and amenities, nothing was lacking. Enjoying that amazing view any time of the day was the highlight of the trip. Will go back here if I got the chance. Thanks for having us!

Location Location Location

This is a great spot for 2. My hubby and I did a STAY-cation and it was so great to wake up to the ocean every morning and just enjoy the beach. We were able to walk into town for dinner one night and then also cooked at the unit another night. There is a BBQ up top, and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Note there is not a dishwasher int he upper unit and I would not have more than 2 people. Great for a weekend escape.

First Beach House

I like the beach but my girlfriend is the big beach enthusiast, I am more of a road trip guy but wanted to give her the vacation of her dreams this year. I must say I was extremely impressed, it’s something I would definitely do again, I had a fantastic time. The location and rental property were perfect and the beach location wasn’t really that crowded even though it was June.

Stunning

This house is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures do not do the location and feel of the house justice. Functional kitchen with an incredibly cozy main room. Perfect fireplace for cooler evenings on the beach. The bedroom actually had a view through the unit to the ocean. Perfect location on Miramar beach. Could not have asked for better stay.
