This place is pretty gross and run down. You have to get shampoo at the front desk. If you want new bedding, you take it off your bed yourself and bring to the front desk and they give you new linens. No housekeeping unless you stay for 14 days. Staff was fine. Room was very clean. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin and we were woken up at 3am by the room next door “using their bed” so aggressively that our bed was shaking—we at first thought there was an earthquake. Its basically a seedy hotel. Santa Barbara is a safe area generally so it wasn’t scary but this place is bare bones.

Unclean. No one at front desk. Left a sign. Left number to call (600) . Called over 10x trying to check in. No answer. Wife had to call mainline 7pm on a Saturday. Rooms are not clean. We had to wipe down smudges on walls and counters in all areas. Bed squeaks creaks. Cheap bed frames. Can hear guy snoring through wall. All night. Heater doesn’t work. At all. Have set on 90 degrees currently blowing cold air. No answer at front desk at 7am. 1 star hotel. Period.

Dtown Santa Barbara wasn't too far away. It was enjoyable. You might need their pans I brought my own and my pan struggled to heat up on their electric stove.

Hopeless stay never experienced this before

This was very hopeless stay ever I have experienced in my 20 years of life in this country . The floor was very sticky and bare foot showed the dark greasy on our legs Bathroom was clogged and sink has very slow drainage of water . Room was smelling something weird . We complained on clogged bathroom they asked us to come and pick the stick and unblock ourselves . Breakfast is simply tea bags and coffee We had hard time that night with kids it was really hopeless , with the hope extended stay was a brand to choose but never ever again I always booked with hotels.com because I always good hotels and pricing but this time I was waiting get out of the hotel and waiting to puke already .

Same cost as everyone else, easy trailer access.

It has been a while since I have stayed in an extended stay, but this was my budget friendly option. First the good. I was towing a trailer and load from Phoenix to Santa Barbra and back. So I needed a parking lot capable of storing said trailer, and maneuvering it around. We used google maps and the hotels address to look at a satellite image to determine if we could accomplish this. The hotel was located directly off the freeway with freeway and local access. There was a little shell convenient store, and a In and Out directly across the street. The people at the front desk were very nice and got us taken care of quickly. As for the room. It had 2 beds and plenty of pillows. Now for the bad. The room overall was fine however some upkeep seems to be neglected. The shower/tub faucet ran all 3 days we were there. There was more than a trickle coming out of the spicot even after tightening it as hard as I could. The floor in the bathroom, and room has all the same vinyl planking floor, but whatever they use to clean the floor with became sticky as soon as moisture hit it. So getting out of the shower or the pure humidity made our barefeet sound and feel like they were being stuck to the floor. Unlike the beds. They moved every time someone touched the mattress. Which by the way we could hear upstairs' moving around too. The bathroom door seemed to be missing paint in about a 2 foot scattered pattern.
