You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Charming 3-bedroom house with AC, WiFi on the Mesa!

Enjoy our home located on the Mesa in Santa Barbara. We just rennovated to add a second bathroom to the master bedroom and added a washer/dryer, as well as added a wooded outdoor patio with a hot tub. Short walking distance from Shoreline Park in a good neighborhood. You will be able to quickly drive to the Mesa Shopping area or to lower state street in under 10 minutes. Santa Barbara is small so getting anywhere else in town would probably take around 10minutes to get to as well!

Stairs are required to get into the house. We have tenants that also rent a studio that is located below the house.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a patio and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
