Breakfast was not at par for the price of room. Coffee was like water. Plates were small and styrofoam. Silverware plastic. It looked very cheap. No server in the breakfast room. No water

This is the 3rd time ive stayed at this hotel, and it definitely wont be the last. Its the perfect location to everything and the pool on the weekends is so much fun! Pool is 21 and over so dont plan to take kids there. But for adults, i would recommend all day!

Room had a musty smell, also our toilet got clogged and they kept plunging it but still wasn’t working. Maintenance didn’t come because they would have had to take the toilet off and fix it. The couldn’t move us to another room. So we didn’t have a working toilet for the last day.

So everything looked Ok but one TV isn’t working at all, and we are next to a maintenance room that had a hight pitched whistle sound coming from there. They said maintenance would go check it out and the second night there it was again. The staff and people working here are excellent, but for the price I’d try somewhere else next time.

Great resort

The employees were very helpful and nice! From the front desk to the bar staff they were helpful and kind. The pool area is a great atmosphere if like parties. We had a great time and the DJ kept it going! My only complaint is the “heated” pool listed was ice cold. Then everyone was in the hot tub because the pool was sooo cold. Other than that great time.

They were scrubbing the walkways outside of our rooms. Maybe the room needed carpet cleaned it smelled a little musty or would have been nice to have a spot to dry our pool clothes. We did sneak in some drinks at the pool because we didnt realize how you spend in Put-in-bay. Its honestly just transaction after transaction, anyways. What really made us disappointed was a certain bar tender around the pool literally degrading us in front of everyone and taking our drinks awat that we purchased. I would have pressed charges because it is blatant theft. We let it slide thoug, the DJ at the pool was exceptional and did purchase 44 dollars worth of drinks, the two fish bowls and then got degraded in front of strangers. We all have that friend who just wants to have fun, go against the rules. We werent hurting anybody, but we did decide to cut our stay short after. The gaurds at the pool were very chill, fun, and they did check every bag. Again, very dissapointed in said woman bar tender and grabbing our drinks and touching our stuff without consent. I hope she see this, she needs to calm down like Taylor Swift.

Clean not bad

Stay was ok. People in the room above were walking pretty heavy not the hotels fault I guess. Shower doesn’t have a towel rack close enough. Also, our dead bolt didn’t work when the door was shut. Which was a little concerning. Also was told to keep a plastic wristband on throughout the stay to prove we were staying there.

We liked it was close to attractions. The property in general needed cleaned/painted. Dead bugs on window ledge. Dining room had water stains on ceiling along with our room.

We didn’t realize how much of a party town Put in Bay is on the weekend. When the taxi first dropped us off there was a loud party at the pool for a booty shaking contest. The alcohol was flowing and the smell of pot filled the air. The receptionist made us wear bright pink arm bands so we could enter the lobby and pool since we were guests. We were not interested in the party. Or the pool filled with 100 bodies. Luckily our room was in the building across the street and as soon as the door closed the noise was blocked out and the AC was cold. The room was comfortable. The shower was amazing!! The beds were fine. A little firm but ok. My only complaint was the height of the sink and soap dispensers. The soap dispensers are at least 5’ up on the wall. I couldn’t bend over the sink enough to wash my face because it was so tall and I’m 5’7”. The towels are kept on a high rack that I could barely reach. Also, even though breakfast is listed as an amenity, there is NO breakfast served on the weekends. However, the staff will recommend some good places. Downtown and the marina are a close walk. Just watch out for the million golf carts.

My husband and I had to switch rooms 3 times very inconvenient. First time the refrigerator was not working, second time room was very smelly, finally was transfered to a room that was okay. Talked to the manager claimed they weren't able to smell anything, that was the next day. However, the service representative agreed with us. Not happy about the outcome regarding compensation.

This is a party hotel so keep that in mind when you book. The pool is open to anyone that comes by and on the weekend, standing room only. The rooms are fine but definitely have seen a lot of use. The elevator quit a few times when we were there.
