Staff was very friendly. The place was very clean. Very convenient for us. Great price.
We booked the place at the last minute, so perhaps only have ourselves to blame. The building itself is enormous and odd, somewhat like a converted stable, although I think that unlikely. A good portion of it is now given over to a golf-cart rental and repair shop. The exterior is weathered and ill-maintained. Both side yards are filled with golf carts and other equipment, so the view from the porch outside our room had all the charm of a motor pool. The room itself was okay -- very high ceilings, a ceiling fan, A/C, a kitchenette. The beds worked, but that's about all one can say. The day we were there, the repair shop was in operation which meant that at least twice a horrifically loud air compressor was fired up to charge the tools needed. I suppose the management is expecting guests to be away at that hour.
Overall we had a nice experience staying at Harborview Suites. Family operated business. The suite was clean and decorated cute. The only problem was the queen bed was way too firm. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!
