Internet wasnt working so I asked to leave. They were extremely rude and unhelpful and made my whole experience a complete disaster. Chose to drive 3 hrs home rather then stay there. Top it off they said I cannot have a manager or owner number to complain and request my money back. I was there 15 mins at most before leaving. Room was also dirty on bed. Bugs in bed only ants from what I saw. Absolutely disgusting and inhumane acting workers and hotel

Solo trip female 56. I never do reviews but just some fyi’s. The property has a second floor but no elevator. I have several bags and the worker there just said no elevator and walked away the courteous thing to do would’ve been to offer assistance. The room was clean bedding and fixtures very outdated like from the early 80’s. Comfortable enough though. The description stated daily housekeeping nope not so. I parked directly out front the first night to wake up to a damaged door handle where someone tried to get into my car they need security out to just pay attention since again I was directly in view of the registration counter. Balcony was nice with table and chairs would’ve been nicer had they dusted and got the cob webs.. oh a few on the ceiling inside the room as well. A little sprucing up and training the staff to be helpful and this establishment will thrive. I saw maybe three cars but never saw any other guest from detail to Sunday but the hotel next door was packed and full of life.

Wonderful location right by Lake Erie and right next to Jolly Roger's restaurant that has such good fish dinners. Staff was extremely helpful when we first arrived and found that our booked room was very small. She showed us a couple of other options and hurried to clean the room that we chose. Only critique is that the breakfast buffet was rather sparse. Only fruit was apples. No cocoa, no oatmeal. Not particularly appealing pastries.

Great location and beautiful views of Lake Erie!

This is an older hotel, we had a front lake view suite , the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The room rate was expensive, you’re paying for the location and view, which was just beautiful.

This property is by far the worst property I have ever booked while using Expedia. I asked for my money back and to talk to a manager and they said they couldn’t get a hold of one. The hotel room opened multiple times without using the key card dirt underneath the sheets Old food wrappers left in the drawer toilet look like that never been cleaned same as the shower very poor customer service and I believe this hotel should be taken off Expedia site so no one else gets screwed over

The room itself was very tiny. Infract, we had trouble opening the door because the in-room furniture was placed so close to it the door wouldn't open wide enough to gain entry with luggage. My wife had to squeeze in and move a chair that the door was hitting so we could open it. The windows were broken and full of insects. The carpet was dirty soiled and should have been replaced long ago. The refrigerator was frosted solid and could only use the bottom section. The bathroom was also tiny. The bathtub was really small. There's no way we could have taken a bath. While adjusting the shower head, it fell off. The outside premises around the building and back deck was loaded with cigarettes, cups and trash. I had to clear an area for my and my wife to sit free of litter. It was really disgusting. ...................... NEVER AGAIN!!!.......................... I'll stop here because I know nothing is going to change. You got your money. Thanks again for a horrible Labor Day Weekend. Respectfully Submitted.
