The hotel seemed alot older then what we expected, the room had that old hotel smell, but the beds and pillows were comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was excellant! We enjoyed our stay here.
Came in sunday and monday at the end of the day. Staff sun night was in parking lot getting high with someone. Checked me in superfast then ran back outside. Monday night staff was also in parkinglot but by herself. Not friendly but not rude.
There was trash everywhere when we got there. The room wasn’t very clean. Cigarette butts all over the upper stair well.

This was by far the dirtiest places I have ever stayed in. I would never have my family stay there again, definitely not worth the rate they charge.
Beds were full size, not queen size. Pictures showed a pool but it was removed. When asked about why the WiFi didn’t work, staff said “I wouldn’t know anything about that”. Hallway carpet was completely wet from ice machine and looked like it had been that way for a long time. The lady that checked me was generally annoyed with her job and didn’t want to be there.
I think this room is good for someone who is only staying one to three nights. The room was clean-- I would just get new bedding and change the sheets yourself. Just to be sure. The housekeeping staff is nice, but they were kind of loud. It's a good room nonetheless, and the price point isn't bad either.
Very Friendly staff. Rooms are clean. Wish they had a pool. But that was OK. And then on breakfast was nice.
The location was good but that was about it. Rooms were dirty, couldn’t help but to feel uneasy in it. My kids felt the same way. We were there for only 7 hours and that felt like too much. Continental breakfast was a waffle maker, coffee and some yougurt and fruit. It was $225/night, I wouldn’t pay more than $110/night.

The location was great. Wish there was more variety at breakfast. Rooms could have been more detail cleaned. Staff was very friendly and helpful when our room keys stopped working. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
The place is rough around the edges on the outside, but the room itself once you get in it was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice, breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but did its job. Would reccommend.
room cleanness was excellent, hotel staff was courteous, and proximity to cedar point was good enough to walk, if ambitious.
This was a very comfortable stay for the price and distance . room was clean and lady at the front des was very friendly and warm . we did have a few bugs on the door but that's how it is in Sandusky . it's not an enclosed hotel so your door is accessible from the outside . I would stay here again . breakfast was available too . waffle makers and coffee fruit cereal things like that . have to get there early though . we didn't eat in the park at cp so we went out to dinner afterwards and its 5 min from the major restaurants .
Both nights of our stay we had bugs in our room specifically in our bedding. We reported this to the sraff and they half-heartedly said the would check it out. Nothing happened ad far as we could tell and there were no apologies or efforts to reimburse us for our poor experience offered. I will not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.
