Close proximity to Cedar Point. Property was very clean and check-in/out process was great. There are no exterior windows or doors on the property, so felt like you’re in a basement and the exterior of the building looks a little sketch. Beds were clean and comfy. With a few more amenities, this could be a 5 for the price and location.

A crew of friends stayed for the weekend and we had the greatest time. Everything was clean and ready to go. Check in was easy. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was so easy to get to where we needed in Sandusky including Cedar Point. We will be back!!!

Justin and his team were great hosts. Communication was fast. The exterior of the building can be deceiving (it's an old building that has been fully redone on the inside) but when you get inside, everything is clean and well done. The bedrooms were a good size and accommodated our group of nine. We had a small volleyball team visiting there for a tournament. It had what we needed and was SO close to the Cedar Point Sports Complex and Cedar Point. The arcade was super cool and fun for a competitive game of foosball. The games were fun and worked well. I shared some ideas with the host on some things to stock the kitchen with but it had minimally what I needed. we were able to make two dinners during our four night stay and made it work. The kitchen is spacious, has a lot of counter space, and the couch and chair were comfy. Thank you, Justin and team, for the great place to stay so close to our destinations. We hope to see you next year!
