Felt like I was with family.

Great place to stay. Close to San Vito. The elderly couple living above us know great Italian hospitality. Would definitely stay here again! Miss Mario and Concerts already. Nice place away from traffic in a true Italian rustic home. Made our vacation.

Nella quiete

Floriana e la sua famiglia sono stati da subito molto accoglienti e hanno reso la nostra vacanza serena. La casa è dotata di lavatrice e forno, che non guastano mai.. A 5 minuti di strada, in macchina, il paese di San bito marina e il mare oltre che la bella Lanciano.

Ci sono stato le ultime 2 settimane d'agosto con moglie e bambina di 5 anni.La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort ed è ubicata in campagna...posto tranquillo a 2 passi dal mare.Floriana è stata molto cortese e ospitale..così come il resto della famiglia che tra un lavoro e un altro nn mancavano di offrirci prodotti da loro coltivati(fichi,pomodori,prugne,vino,olio,uova)ci hanno tutti trattato veramente bene.Dovevamo partire di sabato...e floriana ci ha ospitati anche x il giorno dopo.....che dire ottima vacanza.(consigliatissima la vicina calata turchina...spiaggia di ciotoli con polpi cozze ostriche pesci....bellissima)

Qui si respira un aria pulita che rigeneRa. L' ospitalità della famiglia locatario affettuosa e genuina ci fa sentire in famiglia. Siamo stati ospiti della signora Floriana dal 19 al 26 agosto e il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero perfetto. La casa si trova appena fuorila vivace marina di San Vito Chietino, vicino al mare ma fuori dal caos. L'appartamento grande ed accogliente, dotato di tutti i comfort. L'ospitalità è stata di una cortesia e una cordialità rare, quasi come in famiglia! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un benvenuto davvero speciale e gradito: pomodori e olio prodotti dalla famiglia di Floriana. Siamo stati veramente bene, raro trovare un'accoglienza cosí! Veramente consigliato

Appartamento molto semplice e confortevole

la casa è situata vicino ad una fattoria, ma in appartamento non si sentono ne rumori ne odori. La vista dalla casa è favolosa e rilassante, la posizione permette di avere sempre un movimento d'aria piacevole soprattutto d'estate. La cordialità dei padroni di casa e dei vicini non ti fa sentire ospite, bensì uno di famiglia. Nel mio particolare caso, avendo due bimbi piccoli spesso venivano coinvolti il loro attivitá quotidiane, per noi completamente nuove, tipo dare da mangiare agli animali o prendere le uova appena fatte dalle galline, direttamente dal nido. Il paesino in se è molto caratteristico, il mare poco distante e comodamente raggiungibile, con spiagge libere e anche lidi attrezzati, l'acqua è pulita e limpida non per niente vanta la bandiera Blu fino al 2016. zona servita di svariati alimentari, gastronomie e ristoranti, a qualche km nella città di Ortona c'è anche un comodo centro commerciale. La consiglio vivamente e sono sicura che in molti riscontreranno un piacevolissimo soggiorno........purtroppo sempre troppo breve.
