Good place to stay for two adults for a long weekend in a nice neighbourhood, nice walk along the beach to and from old town and Centro. Room was clean, only had sheer curtains but surprisingly it was dark enough to sleep as room was facing the back! Staff were friendly and helpful, we had a pleasant stay.

You need to read this before booking

We had 4 days in a standard room and 4 days in a deluxe so will review both. Review comments are made in the context of paying more than £2000 for 8 days. With that price comes an expectation level. The standard double room was awful, first impression stepping in was how dark it was (small and dark brown walls) then as we came to unpack we found there was basically no storage , one small hanging rails and one shelf, no drawers , cupboards or anything else . No tea or coffee making facilities , no mini bar, no bottled water, and a bathroom which was basically a toilet and shower behind a glass screen with close to zero privacy . Not worth half what we paid! We upgraded to a deluxe room after 4 nights , it was a little better. Still very little clothes storage , still not much privacy in the bathroom , but brighter and bigger. Tea and coffee facilities were there but only instant decaffeinated. The location is great, right close to the beach and plentiful buses . Walkable to the city centre too. Staff were generally friendly, the bar next door was great But at the price so so much disappointed.in the room , it's just priced at a level that it doesn't meet. I simply can't understand the high ratings .

Nice hotel and good location

Warm welcome to the hotel, with a nice coffee shop and wine bar on the ground floor. The hotel was well maintained, and always smelt fresh. Room service was around everyday, would have like a door sign to indicate when we wanted room service or were happy without, and also the shower leaked under the door, but otherwise, we enjoyed the stay.

Lovely hotel in a very nice location. Away from the old town but nice neighbourhood which js very close to the beach and only 10 minutes walk to the funicular which takes you to Mount Igueldo. Lots of shops and cafes around and also made me feel safe all the time. The hotel also has an on site coffee shop and bar-restaurant which is very convenient. Room was clean and nicely decorated though the bathroom was a little small. I was given one of the rooms with a balcony which I appreciated and it allowed me to get a wonderful view of the local neighbourhood celebrating the summer solstice with a bonfire and music. It was quite noisy but also a highlight of my trip! Staff were incredibly friendly and I would definitely stay here again.

Great terrace in good location

Good location on the other side of the beach from San Sebastián old town which was just a short cycle away. Terrace was beautiful and really made the room. Bed was comfy and the room was clean.

Brilliant stay in San Sebastián

Pre-stay the hotel contacted me a few times to make sure I had all the information I needed to make arrival seamless. On arrival, check in was quick and friendly. The room was compact but very clean and well appointed. I was fortunate to have a huge balcony and on my second day the staff had left a little sweet treat in my room. Location was 5 minutes from the beach and it had everything I needed. I was very impressed and would highly recommend!

Nice hotel and friendly staff

Really nice stay at this hotel, after trying to find a place that was a little outside the old town. This was perfect and gave us a nice walk along the bay to get into the town each day. Also some really nice bars and cafes close to the hotel worth exploring then if going for a food inspired break.
