Nice clean hotel 30 mins walk from old town but great bus service 5mins. Quite noisy in rooms facing the street and no parking nearby but reasonably priced, we loved it and will return soon. G&B

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the excellent service provided by the hotel staff, who handled all our requests promptly and efficiently. However, I found the room to be less than desirable. Firstly, the absence of a refrigerator and microwave was inconvenient. Additionally, the lack of a kettle or coffee maker was a missed opportunity for enhancing guest comfort. The bathroom setup was particularly problematic. It was not fully enclosed, featuring only a glass separator, which led to a distinct lack of privacy. I could see and hear everything, making it uncomfortable for toileting. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and the TV was excellent. The sink was located in the bedroom and not separated by glass, which was an unusual design choice but did provide ample counter space for our amenities. The room itself was spacious enough to accommodate various types of luggage. Considering these factors, I would likely choose not to stay here again during my next visit to the area. While the staff were outstanding, the room's layout and amenities did not meet my expectations.

the room was extremely small( the “balcony” fits one person standing- we asked for a second chair as there was only one in the room and the sink was directly next to the bed- the bathroom was see through glass - no privacy - the hotel is near the beach and located great

Fanstastic Hotel. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, modern and comfortable place within walking distance of Ondarreta Beach. Everything was awesome. The only caveat was that our shower would leak into the room. Likely a drain design flaw. It wasn’t a big deal. Otherwise, the place and service was excellent.

We travelled for one month through France and Spain, staying at hotels. This was by far the worst hotel. The price of the rooms is extortionate - we had a double room (upgraded to 15 square meters) and it was so badly laid out we could barely move - only one person can squeeze around at one time. The bed was so small and cramped we couldn't lie flat because it was wedged between two walls. One person had to climb over the other to get out. The toilet walls are glass so you can see someone on the toilet - the door handle is a hole! There is no breakfast and no coffee/tea in the room. The safe in the room is too small for anything bigger than a small iPad. The room and reception smelled rather bad. The description of the room on the site is completely misleading. The staff is not very experienced and don't expect much help with anything. This hotel is not worthy of more than a one star rating.
