With an optional onsite parking area with direct access by elevator, the Palace I is a spacious three-bedroom apartment located on a first floor. It has a spacious living room with a designer dining area and an open concept kitchen with high-end appliances. The living room faces a spacious balcony with an outdoor dining area for 4 guests. The apartment has air conditioning both in the living room and in each bedroom.There are three bedrooms in the apartment, two of them with two single beds each. The master bedroom comes with a double bed. The bedrooms in the apartment face a beautiful open courtyard that ensures a quiet and fresh atmosphere. There are two fully equipped bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite for the master bedroom. The first bathroom has a spacious shower while the second bathroom has a nice bathtub. Great Apartment!!

Loved the apartment and the location!! Having access to parking was a plus!! The only thing I would improve on, would be the very hard beds.
