Izalco Hotel & Beach Resort

Great Place too bad we didn't sleep here

We found this place online and the price was right so I booked it! We got in very late into El Salvador 10:30pm. So we called Orbitz the night before to let the hotel know, but Orbitz said they couldn't reach anyone at the hotel and left a message for them. I didn't feel very confident about that so I called Orbitz again the day of earlier but the same thing happened - no response. When arrived in El Salvador it almost 11pm my car rental guy tried calling the hotel several times and nothing. He suggested I stay in a hotel close to the airport because it was late and the road to the original hotel was very dark. So we did do that. The next day we went to the original hotel and it was great! They said that they didn't answer their phones after a certain time but that I should've of just shown up and they would've let me in. While we were there it was amazing we were very sorry we had to leave and sorry we hadn't stayed the night.

Hotel Los Mangos

A must visit in El Salvador!

This is an amazing hotel. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Food was really good. But the real treat is the view and the access to a beautiful beach.
