Overall, I had a comfortable and secure stay, and the room was very quiet and silent, which I really appreciated. The pool also looks nice, and it’s a plus that the restaurant is open until 8pm. The room had a smart, wide TV, and the hotel provided enough towels, soap, toilet paper, and bottled water. That said, there are a few issues that should be improved. The room was extremely bright at night and early morning, hallway lights leaked in, and the sun hits the window directly around 6am, making it hard to sleep. Full blackout curtains would solve this easily. The bathroom window is also not appropriate: it’s very low and only opens a small amount, and people walking in the hall could potentially see inside, which is uncomfortable and feels like a privacy problem. Cleanliness also needs more attention: when I entered the room, I found a long hair on one of the pillows, and one sheet had small dirty spots. Finally, the light switches are placed far from the bed, so you have to walk across the room to turn lights on/off, which is inconvenient, especially at night. Internet speed was also quite slow. With better blackout curtains, improved bathroom privacy, and stricter housekeeping checks, this place could be much better.

Great convenience room and board! From the staff to the location. The staff was attentive and very humble. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I did not use the swimmimg pool but did enjoy my stay. I have been boarding with Florencia since 2014 and its keep improving.

First time they put me in a double room, they fixed it and gave a single deluxe room (as I paid) but the room had a really bad humidity smell… possibly dangerous to sleep in (very potent smell) and humidity water damage on the walls, so they gave me the double room again (which I accepted because I just wanted to go to bed). But the service from the staff is great
