One of the most beautiful hotels you will ever visit. Exquisite details make this hotel one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The rooms are well appointed Ted, modern and the record player is a great touch. My only complaint is the need for privacy in the bathroom. When you turn on the lights to the bathroom, everything is visible from the bed. The restaurants have beautiful decor but better yet, the food is really good. The pool area is relaxing especially the hammocks. Could t bell but thinking though that We would be toast if the damm above broke! All in all one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at.

I've stayed at hotel between the 30th of May and 3rd of June and I must say it was one of the most terrible experience I had in a hotel that tries to charge $500+ per night. I had booked a ZEN Suite (which looks gorgeous in the pictures) which supposedly has 55m2. When I arrived, I was shown my room and it had 15mn2. When I enquired what was going on, they told me that both were ZEN Suites - are you kidding me? After a heated argument, I got the original room I booked. After the argument, I first went to the pool and noticed that nail heads are sticking out of the wooden flooring near sun beds which I reported to the manager, Paloma. She promised to fix it quickly. The next day, I went to the pool again, the nail head was still sticking out and after raising it for a second time, a worker with a sledgehammer came and hammered in all nail heads that were sticking out which all there were guests at the pool... I invited friends for a drink to the hotel bar one evening and we wanted to set at the pool bar, unfortunately, most of the staff do not speak English or not well enough which means they will take your order and come back half an hour later to tell you that it is not possible. The next day, I was awoken by noise outside my room and I opened the curtains and found that they are putting up a wedding tent... Outside my room that that particular night cost over $800 (for one night). I talked to Paloma again and she agreed that there was a lot amiss and offered a 50% discount on the total room charges for the whole stay (see screenshot attached). I would have preferred to have a quiet vacation but at least it was an acknowledgement on their part. Upon checking out, I noticed that they were trying to charge me not the 50% rate but more than was agreed with Paloma. I showed them Paloma's email but they could not understand English well enough... I had to leave for the aiport and therefore paid the rate to later do a chargeback via American Express. So, if you are daring enough stay there, at least use American Express so you can do a chargeback if you have a similar experience like mine!

This hotel is my top in San Miguel de Allende. It may be a little bit expensive in some seasons, but you may get 250 dollar deals in tripadvisor or booking. It is less than 1km to the main plaza, so you stay away from the crowds, but still in a walking distance to the main attractions in this town. The hotel has a very nice balanced decoration that combines modern aspects & colonial touches that make it perfect for this town. Restaurants & bars are sub-lime, as well as the pool. Beautiful spaces, beautiful views and everything exageratedly clean. Rooms are as well very well decorated, tech equipped with everything you need to control lights , tv and music without bothering to stand up from your bed. Beds are delicious, as well as the linen and, the bathroom with a very neat vintage bathroom is superb! Love , Live , Aqua

The food was was amazing! The service was a totally OMG! Specially from Elihu Rivera Ayala! He was kind, helpful and always sharp with us! Without being pushy but just bringing great quality and great response! Amazing!

We live in San Miguel and have been hearing great reviews about the food here so we decided to check it out for brunch to see what all the hype was about, and we were not disappointed. The place is beautiful, the food was delicious but the best thing by far was the superb service. Rafael Robles did a wonderful job making sure we were taken care off, as did the rest of the staff. Cynthia Cardonatto graciously showed us around the hotel and invited us to return and try their Asian restaurant. It was a great way to spend a Saturday morning, we'll definitely be back soon!

I schedule a massage and pedicure and manicure , extremely expensive , their masseuse , have no experience, You can have for all I know the girl that helps in the kitchen, A girl gave me a pedicure , and I noticed she had probably never given a pedicure or manicure! took her like almost 2 hrs!!!!!! to be done and it was a HORRIBLE experience!!! LIVE AQUA < focus on emptying your wallet!, BE CAREFUL!!!!!

Special recognition deserves the pool! it´s a georgeous and amazing place!!! The restaurant: Spioce market it´s the same as N.Y., delicous thailand food! The hotel its near downtown and near from La Aurora, amazing art place to go.

I was blown away by the setting, comfort, and customer service of this hotel. The rooms are stunning and charming; they come equipped with a deep soak tub (including a rubber ducky) and record player. The beds were so comfortable and I loved the Bluetooth sound system. The attention to detail of the hotel staff was as good as it gets; they anticipated all of my needs. Best customer service! I ended up loving this place so much, I booked an extra night because it was so comfortable and relaxing. The location is nice and quiet on the edge of the main area, but within reasonable walking distance. The views from the back of the hotel are breathtaking!

Me and family get a relaxing weekend in San Miguel de Allende, the kind and warm of the Hotel personel make you feel at home. The facility is well balanced between modern and historic place as San Miguel is
