When turning cable on, it always appears the fake news CNN first.

I really liked that this property is in good shape. The room was nice and clean. The premises has the most amazing view and the attendants at the counter are courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

The view from the outdoor areas was beautiful. Pool area and fire pit area gorgeous and clean. No restaurant or coffee bar on site. Room was extremely dated. Although we were not pressured there was an approach for timeshare sales by Diamond resorts.

I didnt like that you guys put my middle name as my last name and they couldnt find my reservation

The lobby smelled of mildew, the staff ignored us for at least ten minutes not even acknowledging us while they talk among themselves. The room was dated to say the least and was filthy. So much so I wiped the mildew up from the bathroom with a face cloth and took it to the front desk.their reply was do you want a cleaner room. I said n and checked out. We afraid to sit on the couch. I am a Travel agent and would tell to avoid this place.

Location and staff make this place, the physical nature of the hotel is marginal. It is undergoing some much needed rehab, so maybe they will address the issues. We had a good room with a good view - except when we sat down o the balcony, and the faux roof design eliminated 95% of the view. Obviously the Architect /city planning staff have no idea how to create a guest experience. The developer of the hotel could solve this by purchasing Taller outdoor tables and chairs to elevate the view - or - get rid of the faux roof line and improve the experience! On checkout day - one of the two elevators - which are way too small - was out of order - no direction or attempt was made to utilize the freight elevator for guests checking out. Again, room clean, Staff Great, but...
