Close to the Beach, Avila Pier and the Avila Downtown area. The house sits to the south end of the ocean frontage area and looks out across the entire panorama of San Luis Bay with ocean views to the horizon, foothills and beach views.

Rental house is fully furnished and equipped with amenities, including wireless internet. The Living room has cable TV. Kitchen fully equipped with breakfast bar, large and small appliances, dishwasher added 01/2024, dishes, cookware. The lower level has entry from the carport parking, the primary bedroom with a king bed, and the laundry area. Upper level has the kitchen, living room, full bathroom, the second with a king bed & third bedroom with twin bunk beds, and the large deck with ocean views.

The house was in a great location and very clean. It is also set up well to accommodate families. There were just three of us adults but it could easily have accommodate more children. We had plenty of room on the deck to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. You get a view of the pier but there is a new house that blocked the ocean view. We still enjoyed the hummingbirds and the beautiful weather listening to the waves. Communication was good as well with the property manager.

This property is a gem. We loved the view and the central location. It was an easy drive (less than 15 minutes) to everything we wanted to see. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. The custom wood work throughout the property was extremely well done. We would definitely stay again.

Love the location and the place was spacious, clean, and the views and sound of the ocean were spectacular. Would definitely rent again.

A little outdated but beds were comfortable and an excellent patio view. If you walk to town you better be in good shape to hike back up the hill. I would stay here again.
