The wifi doesn’t work There is no hot water. There is answer is “oh run the water for 10 mins

This location is very close to the beach. Rooms are outdated and could use freshening up. Only stay here if you are looking for a basic bed to sleep in, nothing fancy or comfy here.

A nice friendly place to stay while in Cayucos. Our room was clean and well kept, with all of the amenities. View of the ocean from the second story. And a very nice accommodating breakfast in the morning. Glad we stayed there.

The room was clean and had comfy chairs and a fire place. Very cozy and quiet. About a 1/4 mile from the beach. Early morning could hear sea lions barking in the distance.

No glasses, no coffee cups, the sink faucet leaked when turned on, pillows were very uncomfortable, bed mattress was very hard.

Nice room, everything was clean, staff was friendly.

Hotel is ok..but no A.C..bed very uncomfortable..old and noise, but clean sheets, kitchen ok with few dishes..no pool, no green areas if you bring your dog, but very close to the beach..only one block away, bathroom very clean with clean towels and all the necessary. The worse is the bed and no A.C in room..

Our stay was very comfortable. This is where we choose to stay every time. The price is affordable and the atmosphere is quiet, friendly and beautiful. The small kitchenette is very handy and affordable on a budget. Small but cozy. Private bedroom and a fireplace.

Standard king bed...convenient furnishings...micowave...freezer/refrigerator kept everything nice...continental breakfast...good coffee...beach access point a block away across the street and down the road, slight left at end of block, down a path to some stairs to the, great Pacific Ocean...whale,watching from the pier a short distance north up the beach was spectacular...a pod of humpbacks came withib 60 yards of end of pier...beauriful...with a few pairs of dolphins, lots of seal and otters playing all around thru out the day...

For $200+ a night I expected a nicer place. The staff are friendly but the hotel is not well kept. There was food under our couch when we opened the sofa bed (it was cleaned without us having to point it out the second day), the lights were burned out (not helpful since we got in very late), the carpet and couch were stained, there are no sheer curtains only black out curtains so the room is either dark or everyone can see in, there was a huge hole in the wall from the door and the paint was pealing in many many places.

We stayed at Beach Walker 12 years ago and loved the suite concept for our family. Wish it had a few more dishes (only had 1 fork) but otherwise was perfect and we'd love to return some day.

Nice safe family hotel. Close to shopping and pet friendly. No too fancy but that's fine

Nice hotel, where we usually choose to stay. The wifi use is per device you will be using. And if you choose not to use wifi the service sucks otherwise in the room. The blankets had holes in them and our fireplace didn't work. You would expect a little better for a suite and for the price per night. Limited parking and walking distance to the beach and other places to eat. Also a laundry facility next door. Very quiet location. Cayucos is very laid back and relaxing.

This was a last minute trip to the coast for my birthday. The price was fair and location was nice. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, about 2 blocks. The room is on the small side but had a fireplace, living room area, bedroom and a kitchen. I was very happy with the kitchen. It had dishes to work with and to eat on. There were 2 tvs , so there was no fighting over what to watch. Now for the negitive.... the bed was horrible for me. I have a back problem and I did not sleep very well. My kids said that the sofa bed wasn't that great either. If they upgraded the beds it would be wonderful. The breakfast was a joke. Only protein was yogurt. Frozen waffles, fruit juice, coffee and 2 rather plain types of cereal . There were Bagels and English muffins and local pastries from San Luis. Breakfast really needs to be upgraded but didn't really mind since I had a kitchen to cook in. Even with the negatives we will stay again and bring our dogs since you can.

This place is not very clean and some of the interior lights did not work. It's close to the beach but it's best to find somewhere else becasue the rates here are the same as other nearby areas.

iT WAS VERY PLEASANT AND PAINLESS CHECKING IN. DID NOT MIND AT SLLUPGRADING US TO A SUITE WHEN OUR DOUBLE ROOM WAS BOOKED. HAD A VERY COMFORTABLE BED, NICE KITCHEN WITH ALL THE THINGS NEEDED TO EAT AND COOK. HAD A FIREPLACE WITH COUCH THAT FOLDED OUT TO A BED, AND A CHAIR. IT HAD TWO BAR STOOLS AT COUNTER, REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER(SMALL), MICROWAVE OVEN, COFFEE POT. I WAS REALLY NICE. iNFACT WE STAYED A SECOND NIGHT THERE/

A comfortable little suite with all that we needed! It was small, but well laid out for the size! We would stay there again!
