Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 9 and with gorgeous views you can't go wrong!!
Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath:
Upper Level: Living and dining, Upper deck and ocean views, Master bedroom w/ King Bed and twin pullout, sleeper in living room, and bathroom w/ dual access for guests
Lower Level: Queen w/ office, King with access to lower deck and firepit, shared bath at the end of the hallway
Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise monitor at property.

Parking for up to 4 cars is available in the garage and driveway. No street parking allowed.
We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.
We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.
Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords. Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically over which we have no control.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

Perfect getaway
Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Megan was very good with communication and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful Experience
From the time I booked the trip, to the time I left the host was extremely accommodating and helpful. Prior to my arrival all of the information I needed was layed out for me. The house was in beautiful condition and everything was very clean and tidy. The house was very close to the beach and stores if needed. The host checked in with me to see if we needed anything and the exit instructions were given in a timely manner as well. I would definitely bring my family to stay here again.

Fabulous!
An awesome home, perfect for me, my husband, my daughter and son-in-law and our granddaughter. Convenient to town and the beach. Comfortable, with a nice deck and views of the ocean. Found everything we needed in the kitchen. We’ll definitely come back.
