The location was NOT as advertised. Do not recommend. On Google Maps the Villa Te Quiero Mar Y Sol Rio Grande is located in an upscale gated community next to the Wyndham Rio Mar Golf course. The same location as for the “Rio Grand Cluster 2” which is also referenced on the listing website and where the listing map indicated the property was located. However, the actual property is no where close to this and actually located 1 block from Route 3 highway 3.9 km away. The listing states it is an 8 or 9 minute walk from Luquillo beach but is more than 6km away. The listing states it is a two bedroom but actually only one bedroom. The other “bed” is a 5ft long couch in the common area where you will be awoken any time someone in the bedroom needs to reach the bathroom. The listing states it can sleep 4 people when 3 (uncomfortably) is true. The hot water was not on and so showers were lukewarm. There was no Wi-Fi despite the listing stating it was available. I was greeted by a cockroach in the bathroom at night.
