Ideal location just 25 mins from SJU airport, close to rain forest activities, Fajardo marina, and Old San Juan. Ideal for a getaway with top-notch amenities and breathtaking scenery.

This is the only property in Puerto Rico to host the Puerto Rico Open, PGA tour event! The property has restaurants, pool, golf course and a beautiful beach.

***PLEASE NOTE our building has its own pool and beach for use but if you want to use the pool and beach at the main part of the resort you will need to purchase a day pass through Hyatt Experiences.

With the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve at Coco Beach on property close by, you can enjoy the beautiful Rainforest spa, The Sand Trap Top golf experience, and a range of dining options. **Guests must make a reservation to use any of these facilities.

When you are ready to play golf, the Hyatt Grand Reserve Golf Club is located just behind our villas. With practice facilities and a championship course, you get unlimited golf included for just the cart rental fee per person. Owner has full membership which can be used by renter.

Fantastic property. Loads of space for our 3 teenagers and 2 adults. Anything and everything you could need is provided; no running to the store as soon as you arrive for soap and TP. The balconies are the best part; we drank coffee gazing at the ocean in the morning, and ate dinner overlooking the mountains and golf course in the evenings. Kids loved the golf carts and spent lots of time at the pool and fishing at the beach. Leilani’s recommendations for activities and restaurants were very helpful, and she was very responsive to all our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Mountain view was gorgeous and totally unobstructed. Water was visible from front and side balconies.The property provided accomodations for our 10 person group.Pool while shallow was a great place for us to hang out. At times we had it all to ourselves. The hyatt pool was great for swimming but pricey.Golf was amazing.I contacted host both prior to and during our stay and she was extremely responsive.

Our host Leilani was outstanding. She was very responsive, accommodative and knowledgeable prior to and subsequent to our arrival. She provided a very helpful booklet with all the necessary information about check in, golf arrangements, restaurants, etc. The apartment and amenities were as advertised, clean and spacious, easily accommodating 6 adults and 2 children. The golf carts were very helpful getting to the main hotel, the golf course, and the beach. The golf course itself is challenging and fun to play. All of our party thoroughly enjoyed our stay. View of golf course was unbelievable. Home had too many amenities to count. Golf carts were unbelievable, property was beautiful. The host was probably one of the bests hosts we've had at a VRBO and we've had a lot. She responded super rapidly to any problems we had and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. There were 8 of us. 2 parents and kids ranging from 16-23. We had a car for our time there and it was easy to manage throughout our vacation. I think you'll fall in love with this place if you go.The beach for the rental is a bit of a bummer due to some construction but still nice. Just not super kept up....more like a public beach which I think is what it is right now.We went to the hotel several nights for dinner or entertainment but the gate guards never made it very comfortable. They made you feel a bit like you were up to no good every time we rolled up in our golf cart. Not sure what they thought we were up to but it wasn't a pleasant experience each time. Once we were in though, it was great.

The condo was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Being on the top floor we were greeted by a spectacular view of the mountains, ocean and the golf course. The lovely veranda was our favorite place to spend time. There are some minor items that look a little tired, but nothing that got in the way of a wonderful vacation. Our host, Leilani was wonderful. Communication was excellent and she went out her way to make sure we had a good trip. We would definitely come back.

Views, beach and golf

The check in process was easy and the manager was very helpful with detailed directions. The 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath was spacious for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The view from the balconies were awe inspiring. We enjoyed the private beach with transport provided by the 2 golf carts that came with the property. All enjoyed the day pass at the resort. Golf lovers dream vacation with the added bonus of a beach resort.

Great get away!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. Very well located, plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to the golf course. The beach is a little trickier because there is construction across the street however the golf carts provided made it super easy to get around. Access to the beach is on the cart path. The owner was very communicative , we had a great time

Golf Trip

Another wonderful trip! Wonderful stay with friends for a week long golf trip. Course conditions were excellent. Leilani is an outstanding host providing beautiful accommodations. Location is excellent with access to several local golf courses. Dining opportunities within a short golf cart ride away always impress. New golf carts are top notch. Would highly recommend and will be booking again for next year.

This property is beautiful and spacious! We had 7 adults and a one year old and all of us had our space and bathroom privacy. It was not far to get kitchen supplies. Location was great to hike the rainforest, find surfing lessons and to go on a Biobay tour. Golf course looked lovely, although we ran out of time to enjoy this. Pool was convenient and we did go to the resort for pickleball and the larger pool. Would recommend this to couples or a family!

Great condo with beautiful views and excellent host

Our family of 7 including an infant and young child had a great experience in this condo. The balcony is wonderful, host is quick to respond to any questions, beds are comfy, kitchen is well- equipped and pool is great. Having the use of 2 golf carts was a huge help and enjoyed by all. The only downside was that beach was not as expected and extremely buggy.

The place to stay for Golf and vacationing in Puerto Rico

My golf group has returned for a 3rd time to this great place with more than just views. The carts are new and one can transport 6 people! There is construction going on and the route to the beach for shells is longer than prior to the work. The description is accurate and I have never had a better experience with the place and the owner.

Overall, we had a very nice stay. Our host was very responsive our entire stay. I would definitely recommend this place. Excellent location and quiet stay. Restaurants near the location were great. There was an issue with condensation and we had issues initially checking in, I'm was told these issues would be addressed for future clients.

Amazing property

Our family and friend gathering was so comfortable in this very large penthouse. Everyone was comfortable with the amount of space and all the amenities, just like being home. On the golf course was a plus as well as being able to dine at the resorts restaurant. Definitely rent a car If you intend on any kind of excursions. On property you’ll have access to your own golf carts. What a pleasure it was to communicate with the host, she is very kind and hospitable.
