Margaritaville had beautiful grounds, and they kept it very clean. Unfortunately, all that is offered is not available, such as the daily activities, the pool slide, and some of the restaurants. They do provide you with a SUPER FUN concoction maker and the 1 bedroom apartments are very nice. My favorite part of the resort was the room and the one night we got to spend in the pool. My least favorite is the way they harass you as soon as you get there for close to an hour about their buy-in program and how you are pressured into sitting through the presentation. It actually took us to get extra firm with them after they sent the THIRD person in to pressure us to buy. Then they became less interested in being hospitable. Quite a pity. Overall, it’s a nice place...but we will not be back. There is not enough customer service.

Very nice property. Beautiful pools and grounds. Will return.

Clean! Quiet. Spacious. Great friendly staff. Steps to the beach

Great hotel with super friendly staff and beautiful accommodations. No complaints whatsoever.

Amenities and service were great! Facility was clean, many perks to offer, beach was perfect in front of the hotel.

Stay was ok. Very far from everything. Had to call front desk 3 times about air conditioning and towel service.

This place is very nice but is not a hotel it's a vacation club, what this means is you do not have service in the room for housekeeping. You are the one responsible for cleaning your own room and make up your bed daily. I like to go on vacation and not have to worry about daily cleaning. In addition the resturant food is very over priced and not very tasty. The bars outside pool side offer a good selection but after a few days you get Tired of the same menu day after day. The swim up bar does not serve food if you like to eat something you have to eat outside the pool. The service in the bars are a little slow during peek times but the staff was friendly. Not many activities to do plan on leaving the club to do other things.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Rooms were excellent and service was great. Location on the beach was extremely beautiful and convenient. My only negative is that the Vacation Club side of the Wyndham Grand will focus on selling you a time-share. At check-in I got put on the spot to accept gifts (that I didn't want) in exchange for a "tour" which was really just a nice was of saying a 120 minute sales presentation on purchasing a timeshare at the resort. I declined and the pressure was put on for me to go to the meeting and accept one of their gifts. Not a huge problem, but its always a hassle breaking away from a salesman. This is something I DO NOT expect when I'm a full paying customer of your resort.

Very pleased with this resort. From the room to the secluded beach, beyond met our expectations. 12 restaurants on premise and endless amounts of hospitality. We will be back soon.

Loved the resort! Only reasons I didn't give the full stars is because: pool is not open 24 hours like most resorts I have been to, drinks are expensive and not worth it.

My overall experience was great only had one issue. They didn't clean the room while I was there. Otherwise everything else was superb.

The hotel was very clean. The food was delicious, although expensive. We stayed on the Margaritaville (condos) side of the building. The room looked very new and were quite comfortable. I do have a couple suggestions for improvement, however. First, the walls were not very soundproof. We could hear our neighbors opening and shutting their drawers and we could hear their children talking. One night, we were awoken at 4:30 am to the sounds of a heated argument above us and noised sounding like things being thrown around or repeatedly dropped on their floor/our ceiling. Secondly, the televisions were nice, however given the price we were paying and the level of quality the property is claiming, I would recommend investing in technology that would allow guests to login to their own streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.). This capability would add to the comfort and entertainment options for guests. Things you should know when booking: It is probably best to rent a car at the airport. Uber/Lyft cannot pick up from the airport or the hotel. Taxi fares to/from airport and resort are about $75 each way before tips. There is an Enterprise rent-a-car onsite at the hotel, however their inventory is quite limited. We rented a car twice for trips to the El Yunque rain forest and old town San Juan. Grocery items are available at the gift shop but selection is small and prices are quite high. Nearest grocery story is about 5-10 minutes away by car.

This was a truly amazing trip! Customer service was incredible! The entire Resort is absolutely gorgeous :). We had an amazing time on our honeymoon!
