loved my room and balcony. location is right in the middle of old san juan. my two complaints: walls are paper thin and could hear my neighbor and also the dog barking next door in the middle of the night, all night. no parking. when i called to ask about this, i was told there would be parking across the street at the church that the convento hotel would let me use. this lot was tiny and full and there was no parking to be found anywhere. the hotel should provide a valet service to one of the parking garages at the edge of town (i would have paid for this) OR be very clear with people that they shouldn’t bring a car here and don’t tell people they can park in that lot across the street. it’s very misleading. yes
