We stayed 4 nights over a weekend. This hotel is easy to get to from the airport. It is just off the Nimitz freeway/I-880. You can also get there from the city streets. Our room was very nice. It had a fair amount of space. It had both a microwave and fridge. The sink was in a corner of the room and was not convenient for 2 people. The front desk service was good. They were friendly. Breakfast was the normal fare. It was well maintained and monitored by a staff member.

We used this hotel as a stop-over as our flight landed late at night and we wanted somewhere to rest before our drive the next day. On arrival at San Jose airport we rang the reception who offer a free shuttle service. We were informed that they didn't have a shuttle running that day but would get a taxi to pick us up at the hotel's expense. Unfortunately there was a reasonable delay in picking us up, but about 45 minutes later they arrived and took us to the hotel (I guess not the hotel's fault). It is a deceptively long way from the airport to the hotel and apparently during the day it can be around half an hour away by car. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was edible and to be honest exactly what I expected. There didn't seem to be an awful lot around the area however, so I think if you were going to be there for more than a few days or had a car, you are probably better off somewhere else.

We stayed with my husband for week here, it was comfortable not too special experience. Breakfast was not to my taste, food was not healthy nor tasty, except for some bananas and apples the rest I was barely able to eat. Room was clean. Internet worked ok. Service was generally ok.

Everything in the hotel seems super compact and at times claustrophobic. However the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean that's the most important thing. The free breakfast wasn't bad at all. And super conveniently located since it's near the airport. The road to get to the hotel is kind of confusing but that's not their fault. It had a gym too which was a nice addition but it was tiny!

Just because of the convenience of the park and fly package, we've stayed at this hotel several times. Every time it's been OK, but it's gone downhill. The desk personnel is extremely unfriendly, puts you in rooms with dirty linen and broken window screens, then with a frown, when you complain, they switch you to one of the better rooms. Also, the airport shuttle is a joke. There's no shuttle, it's a regular taxi and of the oldest and stinkiest kind. It took them forever to pick us up on the return and when they did, the taxi was so old and cranky the exhaust was pouring in to the point I thought I was going to pass out. Horrible experience.

So, it meets the basic standard, but two issues: 1) the room had a smell that was hard to pinpoint, although I think it may have been some sort of laundry detergent thing (I just couldn't shake the feeling that it was perfume to cover up a smell), and 2) lousy coffee. I didn't expect much from the room coffee, but why can't they brew a big pot in the lobby? Staff was helpful and efficient, breakfast good (except for the coffee).

We used this hotel three years ago when we flew out of San Jose . I was glad I kept records so that we could return there. The park & fly feature is the draw for us. The parking is in a regular parking lot next to the hotel and seems safe. We go over the night before a morning flight to begin our vacation. There are plenty of good places to go out to eat nearby. The place is clean & nicely furnished. There was a friendly front desk clerk. We parked under a light. Our 9:20 AM flight enabled us to have a 6:30 AM breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, sausage, hash brown patty, boiled eggs & pastries & yogurt, etc.... A 7 AM taxi pick up was arranged for us, paid for by the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for the park & fly package in particular.

The principal attraction of this hotel is the location. Inside, the rooms are cramped, the furnishings and fixtures are out-dated, and the carpeting is questionable. On the good side, the mattresses were very comfortable, and the breakfast room had a decent spread.

Stayed in the room right next to the elevator, so you can imagine the sound. The rooms in general are also not very sound-proof (asked my colleagues as well). The shower head cable was rusting, coating on the tubs were coming off - kinda freaked me out now that I think of it. The washroom was big, but it was very empty-looking. The heat was also crazy loud, but I slept thru it. Wouldn't go again, but if you're on a bargain in an area that is so expensive with hotels, I think you can deal with it for a night or two.

Great Accommodations, used their Park & Fly Package, Accommodations were Great, Airport Shuttle on Time, desk Staff Very Knowledgeable & Friendly. If Booking Room ask for room facing the parking lot, since other rooms facing Street are noisy.
