Ginestra farmhouse is a barn restored in 2008.
Accommodates 6/7 people, the main entrance is on the ground floor near the garden and leads directly into the dining room. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen area with fridge, freezer, four gas burners, dishwasher, microwave oven. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom and a full bathroom with shower.
Living room with a fireplace and armchairs. With large French windows and a splendid view of the swimming pool. A flight of stairs leads from the dining room to the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms,
with private bathroom complete with shower. La Ginestra also offers ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta floors, antique furniture and central heating. Outside there is a spacious terrace furnished with table and chairs and private barbecue

Belle propriete
Nous y avons séjourné que 5 jours, mais le calme et la splendeur du paysage nous a plu énormément. La villa est belle mais il y manque plusieurs petites choses pour la rendre vraiment extra. Mais en vacances, le minimum y était. Merci à Concetta d’avoir toujours répondu à nos exigences.
