On the first floor, you'll find another spacious kitchen with fireplace, two more bedrooms (one double, one with bunk beds), a second living room with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms, making it ideal for large families or groups. The property features both a private garden and access to a beautifully landscaped 3000 m² shared garden. Guests can unwind by the large 17×6 m shared swimming pool (open May–October) surrounded by nature. A shared washing machine adds convenience, while outdoor furniture invites alfresco dining and evening relaxation under the stars. Located just 4 km from the medieval town of San Gimignano, famous for its iconic towers, UNESCO status, and the frescoes in the Collegiate Church, this farmhouse is a gateway to Tuscany’s rich history.
