📝 THINGS TO KNOW • Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and boogie boards. • Stairs: No stairs are required to enter the home, but all bedrooms are located on the second floor and require stairs to access. • There is an unpictured third floor that is not available for guest use. • Garage parking is very tight and may not accommodate larger vehicles or SUVs. Beware, this rental doesn't change access codes.
While the home was amazing, this renter does not change their access codes from renter to renter. I confirmed this with the fish guy that cleans the tank in kitchen. We had someone enter the home during the night while we were sleeping and steal money, credit cards and my wife's wedding ring while it was on nightstand next to her while she was sleeping. All doors were locked and the only way in was with an access code. Their security cameras haven't worked for 3 years according to them. YOU ARE NOT SAFE THERE!! And they refuse to do anything about it. They use an antiquated realtor lock box that isn't even digital. They need to update their door locks with new technology enabling them to change codes with every new renter. Even a Motel 6 can do this.
