HOUSE RULES

Please note that the maximum number of guests allowed is 10, which includes children. However, the maximum number of adults permitted is 8.

•Check-in time is after 4PM.
•Check-out time is 10am.
•We just installed new 4 feet pool fence to ensure kiddos’ safety, but still adult supervision is required when using the pool, please. Safety is our top priority. Also please note there is extra $30/day spa heating fee based on SDGE's guidance to save energy if you decide to use the spa heating. No whole pool heating at this time.

Lastly, we truly want you to enjoy the pool and outdoor spaces, but please respect the neighbors and keep the noise level LOW after 10pm. Also, during the day if you play music outside, please keep the volumes at very low levels. This is a quiet family neighborhood and the neighbors are sensitive to excessive noise. Thank you!

The camera is located on the front door facing the front yard and entry. The second one is located facing the pool equipment. It actively records video and audio when motion is detected and will be turned on during your stay
