Always stay here whenever I visit San Diego. My issue was that housekeeping came knocking on my door at 8 am and attempted to open the door.

We did not like paying $36 day for parking. But the balcony view of the pool and the yachts were amazing and made it worth it! We were up high and had a balcony room. So wonderful not to be stuck in the room and be able to get fresh air at night and early morning. I can't wait to go back. I just wish one of those yachts were mine!

The hotel being so close to the airport, marine base, beaches, sea world, and restaurants.

First of all.. 1-They switched my Hotel 2-No microwave in the room 3-They charge you for parking your own car 4-Someone took my fiancé’s pajama top 5-The elevator didn’t work 6-No fan in the bathroom 7-No Complimentary breakfast 8-There is NO Military discount, The Military price is More than the original price for the other rooms. 9-The keys to get out the gate didn’t Work, You had to wait several minutes.. 10-I Would Never Ever stay at a any Sheraton hotel or Recommend Anyone to stay there!!!!!!

Terrible Room 401. View of a wall. Then loud noise exhaust fan located 20 feet from balcony. Balcony unusable. Very disappointed when bellhop said he didn’t know why they assigned this room to me when there were 200 OTHER rooms available. What kind of an idiot would do this. Makes me wonder if other staff is incompetent too.

The property was wonderful, the one thing that I didn't appreciate was booking a King size room and not receiving it. I was told it's based on the availability at time of check in and since it was booked through a third party, I was pretty much SOL unless I wanted to pay an additional $20 per night for a King bed.

Excellent location ,food, and staff...Bathroom was too small but manageable for a night stay

Great breakfast. Timely shuttle. Good check in. Nice bedding.

Great views of the city, wonderful staff and the jacuzzi was perfect. Thank you.

I love everything about this hotel, the view, service, food, we will definitely be back and recommend to others.

All sea and water activities were just outside the doors There was an exit that led directly to the park the bay is beautiful and you can see marine life from the balcony I took my three year old with me she loved it so much she ddI t want to leave

Balconies with ocean views are nice. When you walk in, the view is somewhat obstructed by glares from glass windows and doors. That ocean view needs to be seen and felt wirh open air from inside the lobby. There are water excursions you can do right from outside of the property. That is nice.

The ocean views are spectacular. There was many ways to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

I liked that the hotel was clean and that the cleaning staff was nice and friendly, I did not like that the hotel did not offer snacks, such as fruit and the fact that there was not a free breakfast, that was odd for the amount of money that they charged per night. I also didn't like the fact that there were so many hidden fees that were not disclosed until check in time, for example, I was charged a fee to park, I was charged an extra fee to use the pool and work out room, why weren't those fees already included in the amount charged for the hotel stay?? I did not like the fact that there was not a microwave in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend or family member.
