Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Newly remodeled studio with new bathroom. Kitchenette with kettle, microwave, refrigerator. Separate entrance from main house. Hotel room without hotel rate!
Comfortable futon sofa bed for sleeping and relaxing.
Near trails, beaches, supermarkets, dining, shopping, Sorrento Valley, Carmel Mountain, and Kearny Mesa offices (walk to Intuit, maximum 20 minutes to Alphabet and Qualcomm offices, UCSD).
House Rules:
NO VISITORS. Our home is prepared to accommodate ONLY the guest on the reservation. Each additional unauthorized guest will accrue a $100 fine and will be considered trespassing, even if “just dropping by”. If your family and friends live locally, go to their residences for visitation. NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, or EVENTS!!! If guest wants to have extra guests to stay or visit please request before hand for approval.
- Please stay out of the garden. Access paved area directly in front of entrance, and driveway to the street only.
- The fireplace is not for use.
- ** Violation of these house rules will result in your booking being canceled immediately without refund **
- NO SMOKING, vaping, marijuana, illegal drugs, or drunken behavior allowed on-premises. $200 per night fine for this violation.
- NO PETS ALLOWED. $200 per night fine for this violation.
- Our cleaning fee is based on a "Courteous Guest". Any excessive dirtiness or neglect will accrue an additional $75 fee.
- Tampering or blocking the exterior surveillance cameras is a major security violation and the reservation will be terminated immediately with no refund.
- We reserve the right to remove any guest from our property at any time for violation of these house rules.
- Unauthorized Late checkout fee: $25per 30 minutes after checkout time beginning at check out time.
