Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 1-bath home nestled in a peaceful neighborhood called Fairmont Park, located in central San Diego. Perfect for a family or group of friends.
5 minute drive to downtown San Diego, Convention Center, Northpark and Southpark. 10 minutes from the SD Zoo. 11 minutes from the SD airport, 10/15 minutes to Coronado Beach.
Our location provides easy access to many different freeways including I-805, I-5, I-8 and I- 94.
The space
Private, single-family residence with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Mid-Century modern home with modern appliances. Central AC which is a must in the summertime in southern CA. Television has Netflix, Disney plus.
Guest access
Guests have access to all parts of the property except the garage and the boat which is in the backyard. There are two parking spots in the driveway.

There is a large outdoor patio and fully gated backyard.
