- 2-car garage connected to the 1st floor of the house.
- Dimensions: one car can be no more than 19ft long and the second car (west side) can be no more than 15ft long; the height clearance is 6ft 4in.

Additional Amenities:
- All bed linens are provided. All bath and beach towels are provided.
- Free in-unit washer/dryer for you to use.
- We provide all the little things too: paper products for bath and kitchen (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, Kleenex), bath and hand soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry soap, tin foil, and cleaning products.

- Beach toys, body boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, tennis racquets, and a surf board are provided for guest use.

Wonderful location very close to ocean. Ideal place for family vacation. Big living room is very convenient for dinner and family evenings. There is a lot of equipment for active recreation (bikes, surfboards). Hosts are always happy to help an gave as helpful recommendations about local places to eat. Just be aware that stairs might be quite deep for kids. And hot water is not enough hot if for people need to take a shower at the same time of a day. In general strongly recommend for holydays.

Nice and easy place to spend a few days near the beach

My kids are young and enjoy playing in the sand and the waves, and this house is perfect for that. The beach is a two minute walk away, and the house is setup for beach activities with a nice outdoor shower and a garage that has room to set down beach gear. The kitchen is big and fully stocked, there's lots of room for everyone to sit and watch a movie, the patio is nice as well. If I had to complain, my notes would be that the upstairs loft has a couple of twin sized beds that are really only for kids because of the low ceiling and the short length of the bed. I'd also mention that the downstairs shower is a little cramped, but these are really minor complaints. I noticed them because we were here for a few days, not because they were glaring issues. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice house with beach access.

Great location in Mission Beach

We had wonderful time here, I think it’s better in person! Check in was easy with great directions and details. I loved the views that looked over to the ocean and then across to the bay. Our family of five enjoyed the beach toys, boogie boards and bikes very much. I was so happy with everything and so happy I chose this house.

Christmas at the beach

We really enjoyed the house. It is wonderfully close to the ocean. The house was well stocked, especially the kitchen. The garage has lots of equipment to play with including bikes, surfboards, and other things to play on the beach with. We really enjoyed the bikes!! Lots of good places to bike ride. Overall it was a great spot!!

Overall great place to stay. Location is nice, right next to beach, plus the beach cruisers made for a great time. Inside was also really nice, beds were great. Kimberly was super nice and made us feel welcomed. She even gave suggestions for food and places to go. Amazing place, would definitely stay here again.

Location location location. This place was fantastic when it came to location 100 feet from the beach walking distance to restaurants coffee anything you wanted food in this area was fantastic. Our cool stay in Mission Beach

My criteria in finding a place to stay: 100 steps to the beach. Sleeps at least four. Has a garage. Provides everything you need (bikes, toys, boogie boards, beach chairs etc, everything for cooking, etc, nice comfy beds). Check, check, check, and check. We totally enjoyed our stay except we didn't catch any warm temps as it only crested 70 one day. If you expect an opulent palace you might be disappointed, but this is a nice place that worked fine for us!

Good place, great location, all the comforts of home. Steps to the beach. Just out of the busy areas yet close enough to walk or bike to them. Downstairs shower could use a caddy, no place to put soap or shampoo except the floor of shower. Not flexible on check-in/check-out times

As many stated in the comments. The only thing you can take a way from this place is it does really need an update with some furniture. It's really had better days. The beds were comfortable I do want to point that out. Beside that the place is stacked with everything you can imagine. The bikes were great, the views of the water are real good! A block away from the boardwalk plenty of beach chairs (high quality ones) Walking distance to many great food places as well. We will definitely stay here again!

4 high school friends met at your condo to celebrate our milestone birthdays!! It was perfect! Exactly as advertised, close to everything!
