Guest access
Guests have access to everything in the main 4 Bed 2 Bath home, driveway and on-street parking.

The side yards, backyard sheds, and fenced pool equipment areas are locked for pool maintenance items.

There is also an attached 1 Bedroom front apartment occupied by a full time tenant, fully separated from the home, and guests may not access that space. Locked cabinets/closets are for cleaners and owner supply uses only.

Other things to note
*San Diego has a noise ordinance 10pm-7am in residential zones.

To help us maintain a respectful environment, we kindly ask that you:

Keep music and conversation at a considerate volume, especially in the evenings

Wrap up outdoor activities by 9:00 PM Sunday–Thursday and 10:00 PM on Friday & Saturday

*No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property
*Small pets are allowed based on prior approval and at an added cost of $50 per pet per day- if you do plan to bring along a pet, please note this upon booking!


*NOISE WARNING
Birds LOVE our neighborhood and chirp at all times of the day and night. For restful nights and to avoid the noise, close all windows and doors as you sleep, there are also fans in each room, as well as several HEPA air purifiers for noise control.

*HOT TUB TEMP & INFO
$40 Jacuzzi heating fee per day
The hot tub does take some time to get fully hot so please let us know before booking if you plan to use it and we will be sure to have it ready and if the hot tub cover is left off for a long duration of time it could cause the hot tub to not reach its maximum temperature, please cover the hot tub when not in use.

*Request and Payment: If you would like to heat the jacuzzi, please request and pay for this service in advance before your stay.

*MANDATORY WAIVER & SWIMMING POOL USE AGREEMENT
All guests, including children and any visitors, must review and sign the Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement before using the pool or hot tub. This applies to anyone who enters the water or the surrounding deck area.

Use is strictly prohibited without a signed waiver. No exceptions.

Guests acknowledge that swimming carries inherent risks. No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. Use of the pool or hot tub while intoxicated is not permitted.

A separate waiver form will be provided and must be signed to confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply will result in immediate revocation of pool/hot tub access.

Please shower before entering and refer to the reservation instructions at check in to chemically service the hot tub for longer stays.
