Its excellent central location also makes it easy to walk to shops, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores - making everything super easy. a short drive to many of the greater San Diego area's world-class attractions such as SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, and many more.
It is the perfect place to truly enjoy easy indoor/outdoor living on the beautiful Pacific Ocean. All manner of water sports are also available here within walking distance via Mission Bay Aquatic Center.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:

No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties. NO EXCEPTIONS! Smoking is not permitted on city sidewalks, Boardwalk or beaches either.

This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning. This home is multi-leveled (interior staircase and rooftop spiral staircase). Some people may not be comfortable with this, so please ensure you are, before booking.

We do not accept American Express and Discover. San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
