Our family loved our stay at this rental! It was the perfect spot for our family vacation, a nice mix of comfort, convenience, and fun.The location was great. Great people watching on the balcony. Easy access to the beach with lifeguards, which was a plus with my daughter. I also appreciated being within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, meal times were easy and delicious. Loved the taco shop and Kono’s.Inside, the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We really felt comfortable and not at all too stuffy, even traveling with my daughter. I don’t want to be stressing about her breaking something. The layout was nice and felt larger than I expected for everyone to relax. Another highlight was the hot tub, which was so nice after a day at the beach or exploring. The host was also incredibly helpful and very responsive to any questions we had, which made our stay even smoother.Just a couple of minor notes: The primary bathroom shower has a high step-in, so it might not be ideal for less mobile individuals. Also, as expected with a boardwalk location, there were some loud people at night, so bring a sound machine. We had a great time and highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful location Sun and Surf facing the Pier

Terrific stay with my wife and 3 daughters in their 20's. William was a great host and very attentive. The location is perfect with beach, shops and restaurants galore. We will definitely be back!

Amazing view! Great location

The property was great. The owner was always quick to respond to questions and was great to work with. PB is our favorite place to stay and this condo was our favorite so far. Tons of restaurants, bars and things to do close by.

Good week again in San Diego

The unit is certainly NOT as new as represented, but it was clean, well equipped and with the most outstanding view. At night it was quiet, the parking was excellent. The master bed was a bit soft, butthe second bed much firmer. The bath in the master bath was unusable for some one our ages, the side being too high. That said, it's a place i'd recommend and just about justifies its elevated price. Thanks, dmm

Winter Getaway

I chose this property mainly for the location directly on Pacific Beach with a fantastic view of the beach and it did not disappoint. Great location, quiet and everything you need is close by. Plus a dedicated indoor parking spot! A roomy 2bd/2ba that was above average but only critique is that the bathrooms need to be updated.
