"Your hotel was our best experience in our 3 weeks in Peru. The beds are cozy and breakfast superb with chia for yogurt, a chef who made eggs to order and extras galore for toast, sausages and even almond milk. The concierge coordinated a taxi for us from Cusco to Palcoyo mountain (to hike for 2 hours) and then to our next hotel in Ollantaytambo. Our driver was expert and friendly and even stopped for us to buy snacks. It was a very long day and Frank drove at efficient & safe speed to get us to our destination in good time. I can’t say enough about the tea and sweets in the lobby, shampoo & conditioner, and rooftop terrace for a spectacular view in the sunny morning! All the staff from cleaners, kitchen, night and day front door people, always friendly and helpful."
