It allows a relaxed stay on the south of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions like Meloneras Boulevard, but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling, fishing or sailing, or just to relax on its swimming pool with wonderful sea views.The villa is distributed in one single floor at street level, and consists of a wide living room with smart tv, dining area and fully-equipped open kitchen, a private outdoor space with outdoor dining and lounging areas, two independent bedrooms with king size bed or twin beds, and a private full bathroom with bathtub. Guests also have access to a large common pool.There is free WIFI throughout the villa. It has plenty of street parking area at the door of the house.
