With a total area of 220 m2 and a large private garden of 600 m2, this property offers a generous and comfortable space to enjoy a relaxing holiday.



The property has 5 beds, including 1 double bed and 4 single beds, making it perfect to accommodate up to 5 guests. The 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, ensure the comfort of all occupants.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals at home. It also has a dining area.



The Villa has air conditioning in the living room, as well as a games room with a table football, table tennis and pool table.

A spacious apartment but starting to show signs of it's age. Toilet broken on arrival but was fixed the following day. Windows and doors not the best either. Nice outside space , very quiet and private. A bit too far out especially asany of the surrounding bars and amenities have now closed down. A decent stay in a reasonable apartment but on reflection a little pricey for what it was.

The villa was excellent and my family had a great vacation here. Everything was comfortable and clean including the pool and garden. The villa is in a quiet safe area of Maspolamas. We particularly liked the outdoor patio which was constantly in shade- so when it was too hot to stay in the sun there was still an outdoor area which was cooler. We didn’t use the pool much but it looked great. The garden backs onto a golf course and looked fantastic and well maintained. My son and I loved the games room in the basement. It’s a short drive to Mellonaras and Playa Del Ingles and close to the main motorway GC1 to the airport. Although check in isn’t until 3pm- they allowed us to gain access to the villa 2 hours early. If we return to Maspolamas we’ll def try to book this villa.
