Located on one of the best golf resorts on the island, with two wonderful golf courses, and only 10 minutes away from the famous beach of Maspalomas, facing southeast with wonderful views. Surrounded by nature, silence and tranquility, it allows a relaxed stay on the best part of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling or trekking, or just relaxing with yoga sessions, massages and walks surrounded by nature.

The ground floor consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with smart tv, sofa and dining area, a double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a full bathroom with bathtub, and a solarium terrace with wonderful views to the golf course and the sea. The villa has a garden with a private heated pool, and a porch terrace with outdoor dining area.

Abgewohnt mit vielen kleinen Mängeln

Das Objekt hat leider einige Mängel. Hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass die Kommunikation mit der vermittelnden Agentur sehr gut war. Sie war auch bei der Suche nach einer anderen Unterkunft sehr kooperativ, was letztlich unseren Urlaub gerettet hat. Mängel im Objekt: Der Außenbereich sollte eigentlich aus einer von Büschen umgebenen Wiese bestehen. Tatsächlich ist die Wiese mehr ein Acker, denn eine Wiese. Deshalb trägt man ständig Erde auf die Terrasse. Die Poolpumpe ist so laut, dass Nachts an Schlaf nicht zu denken ist. Tagsüber macht der Geräuschpegel der Pumpe einen entspannenden Aufenthalt im Außenbereich nahezu unmöglich. Man kann die Pumpe zwar manuell ausschalten aber dass ist eigentlich nur eine Lösung für Nachts, da ja das Poolwasser dennoch filtriert werden muss und die Poolheizung auch nur bei laufender Pumpe etwas bringt. Von den zwei auf den Fotos zu sehenden, verstellbaren Sonnenliegen auf dem Sonnendeck ist nur eine vorhanden und diese ist defekt Das Fach zur Aufbewahrung von Getränkeflaschen in der Kühlschranktür ist zerbrochen und nicht benutzbar. Einige Möbel sind in schlechtem Zustand. Baustelle in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Direkt neben dem Haus befindet sich derzeit eine große Baustelle, so dass immer wieder mit Baulärm gerechnet werden muss.
