Fabulous and beautiful two-storey chalet, located in San Agustín, in the south of Gran Canaria island, with a private pool.

Accommodation of 140 m², distributed over two floors, fully equipped and renovated in September 2023, with a pool, terrace and outdoor dining room, which has 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom, a toilet, air conditioning and capacity for 5 people.

Independent kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, 30 m² terrace, iron, wifi connection, hairdryer, air conditioning, private pool and a television.

The beaches of San Agustín (900 metres) and Las Burras (250 metres) are much calmer than the beaches of Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés, they are more protected beaches and therefore have better conditions for snorkelling and even for children, located 250 metres from the accommodation.

The San Agustín commercial centre area (500 metres) offers excellent restaurants where you can enjoy fresh fish and seafood, as well as international food, supermarkets and various shops. The Yumbo shopping centre, with a great leisure offer, is less than five minutes by car.

Insgesamt wirklich ein tolles Haus, leider hatten wir nur eine Baustelle nebenan und das Nachbarhaus war zwischendurch nachts sehr laut. Ansonsten kleinere technische Probleme.

Ruhig und trotzdem nah am Strand

In der Straße befinden sich viele Ferien- und Wohnhäuser. Die Straße selbst ist recht ruhig, auch nachts war es angenehm ruhig. Es sind nur wenige Minuten Gehzeit zum Strand, auch das Einkaufszentrum ist in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss erreichbar,. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alle wichtigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden und sauber. Herd, Ofen, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine haben ohne Probleme funktioniert. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Strandspielzeug und Strandmatten waren auch vorhanden. Das Haus und die Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen. Tipp: Wenn der Strom plötzlich im Haus weg ist, dann alle Sicherungen für 5 Minuten ausstellen. Danach war der Strom wieder da.

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus mit kleine Abstrichen

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in San Augustin. Das Haus und vor allem der Garten waren wirklich schön. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und für 4 Personen war genügend Platz. Der Pool war am ersten Tag etwas schmutzig, aber das wurde schnell behoben. Das einzige wirkliche Problem war, dass die Klimaanlage im zweiten Schlafzimmer nicht funktionierte. Auf unsere Nachricht diesbezüglich wurde nicht reagiert. Alles in Allem hat es uns gut gefallen.

Fijn huis, slaapkamer met 2 pers bed 's nachts erg veel licht van buiten, gordijnen hielden dit niet tegen. 2e slaapkamer had 1 1 pers bed en 1 opklapbed. Helaas geen uitzicht vanuit terras, verder prins en netjes, zwembad water schoon maar heel koud.
