Everyone at the front desk was courteous and super helpful, the room cooled very nicely during some of the hottest days I've seen in San Antonio and it was nice that you could walk to Target (if it weren't deadly hot outside). Beds were comfortable.
It was about 17 mins away from downtown and there was a Target next door. The rooms were clean and spacious.

I needed to get away for a couple days and this hotel was what I needed. The staff was wonderful, room was spacious and clean. The location is great because target is next door. If I had one complaint it would be the incidental charge. A bit too high for my liking but nonetheless the hotel was wonderful and I do see myself coming back in the near future.
When we arrived the room was clean except there were crumbs all over the ottoman tray and all over the bed of the pull out couch. The staff was super friendly and check in was very easy and quick. We were located in a pretty nice spot and within 10-15 min of shopping malls and attractions. The breakfast was very mediocre so don’t count on it being filling. We had a room with a view of the highway/parking lot and it was VERY noisy. You can easily hear passing traffic throughout the night which I found slightly peaceful although others may not. Overall it was a pretty good stay. Very friendly staff!!

Didn't get a key when we f irst checked in. They said they had run out. A worker had to go up with us to open the door. I would never drive in San Antonio. My daughter drove, and she even had trouble. Too many roads - even with a GPS.
Next to everything we needed. Check in was fine, room was clean. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast buffet was okay, ran out of food early the first morning we stayed. Fitness room was great but there were no wipes to clean equipment. Elevators were slow and beds were hard.
Walking distance to Target, Steinmart and Ross. Next to Jack iin the box, cinema with food served. Close to Denny's and some other eating outlets. Breakfast was good with hot oatmeal, scrambled eggs and sausage patties. Fruits, cereal, bread, bagels, muffins, cakes, coffee and tea.
What a great hotel! However, if you don't have a car, you are stuck with Jack in the Box next door, some family restaurant across the street or Dave and Busters after a 8 min walk if you want to eat. Breakfast is very light as well.
As far as the hotel, staff, breakfast and room it was good. Once we got there about 8pm the place was packed and the surrounding area. We parked in the front of hotel. The parking light has no security, no parking lights in the area. It so black and dark. The planters have huge rocks in planters. Well within one hour someone busted out our truck window and stole items from our truck. I would recommend the hotel get security and parking lot lots also cameras if needed. There are pawn shops on every corner in SA..
