Great Stay on Main St.

Property is just as pictured, very clean, comfortable beds and linens, every toiletry needed was provided. Location directly on Main street is convenient and we walked to most locations. Great property and we will return again.

A spectacular property, with charm and great amenities.

I wish I had more reasons to be in the area, because I would cheerfully stay here again. The property owner is responsive, but not intrusive, the house is just lovely, there was not a bad thing to be said about it. Maybe I will find more reasons to return to Boerne...

Boerne stay

I loved being close to the beautiful old church…St Peter’s. It was open during the day to look through and pray. I loved the bells for the hour….very subtle and pretty. Los Guitaras is across the street and a very, very good restaurant. The days were hot and the appartment was nice and cool.

Wonderful stay right in town

This little place was wonderful! I went with my mom and aunt and we had a great stay. The property was very clean and smelled great. We had everything we needed during our stay, including extra tissues and toilet paper, which almost never happens! Being walking distance to restaurants and shopping was another perk. Location was great and we never had a problem with parking on site. My only suggestion would be to add some towel hooks in the bathroom because we had no wear to hang wet towels. I would recommend this stay for anyone checking out Boerne!

Amazing!! Perfect location. Walking distance to shops, dining, river walk path. Home very clean. Full washer and dryer. Large kitchen and great patio to sit and have coffee in the morning. Perfect place to spend a weekend exploring Boerne or anywhere in the Hill Country. HEB just around the corner for groceries and plenty of restaurants to walk to. Great host!! Minimal and easy check out requirements which is always nice. Wifi is very good and strong, great when you have family. Definitely would HIGHLY recommend.

The kitchen was huge, with tons of cabinets space. Many varieties of coffee kcups and tea and hot cocoa available. The house sits right on main street and easily accessible to dow town Boerne. Bedrooms were nice. Front bed room has a tight squeeze between bed and wardrobe. Both rooms have a fan mounted on the wall, about noisy but works well. The main area is spacious and comfy. The ad stated check out is 11,email from owners had 10. We loved the time their sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch. Biggest issue was we didn't stay long enough, we will return.
