Property was in a good location close to downtown. Problems included no adult table and chairs for eating meals, loft access was dangerous and not up to code, no living room area, bed was just a piece of foam thrown over an old mattress, really poor layout that has potential but not being used. No shelving or closet space along with a complete lack of counter space in kitchen and bathroom.

This home was perfect for my brother and I. Rooms were great, kitchen was small but adequately set with the necessity's. We spent mornings and evenings on the front deck. We will stay here again when we return to Texas.

Loft rental - San Antonio

Communication is excellent, any time of day or night. The loft was within walking distance 1.5 miles of the Riverwalk and where my class was being held. Not the best of neighborhoods so wouldn't walk it at night. Never felt unsafe. Shower is great! The only downside for me is the deposit. A company this well run should have a more secure way of collecting a deposit. Sending a picture of a credit card and DL via email made me very uneasy. I called my CC company and had an alert put on my card with a limit on charging.
