I didn’t stay longer than 15 minutes…roaches were crawling in the room and on my belongings I ran out of there. That’s all I have to say. Staff was great super friendly and beyond helpful, the lady at the front desk was very sweet and understanding.

This is not my first visit; I have stayed here multiple times, and I genuinely enjoy the experience. The environment is generally peaceful, although it can sometimes be noisy due to nearby city activity. When I mention noise, I am referring to trains passing and the congestion from traffic, which are beyond the hotel's control.

I thought this was the real Extended Stay went booked it. The TV did not work the 3 days I was there. The toilet over flowed and the repair guy left the nasty plunger in the room for me to use. I deserve a refund for the work that I had to do.

Room was clean.... mattress no so good...they reduced the vanity are...bad move...not as comfortable as it was... at least in the room I was Common areas...need better keeping... Hallways need power wash... I like the pool but wasn't open... So can't give you a feedback. The Hotel...(Grounds has potential with the right keeping.. take advantage of that... hopefully)
