I burnt my money for 2 rooms as my 3 men colleagues insisted not to stay because of smell, dirt and scary atmosphere in the room. At night, it seemed like we were filming scary movie. We did not even dare to close the door when we left the room. Finally, we have to find new hotel to stay without refund.

Expect nice view ,This's the worst hotel which I have stayed. Dirty since elevator till bed. What's heck. So sorry why I didn't read these review before. Trust me you never want to burnt a banknote for the worst facility and accommodation.

Employees at front desk knew a few English words; rooms dirty, dusty; bathroom curtain and walls covered with damp stains; room curtains full of holes. Our room at 7th floor overlooked river and had a view on hotel pool (stagnant smelly water, fenced 'cos it is closed). In room booklet one can read "offer" - bars (one even looking over the river), pool, restaurant,....NO bar at all. Wifi has to be paid (100 bahts per whole day) and it's the only thing you can do to spend your time. One night was more than enough.

I recently ran the Ayothaya Half Marathon and chose this hotel as a place to stay as it was one of two choices on the race website. I wish I'd have spent more time looking into the reviews for this place... Firstly, given that the hotel was recommended on the race website I was surprised that the staff at the hotel had no clue about where the marathon was, whether there was transport etc. The staff in general were very poor, with one frequently interrupting my girlfriend when she was trying to speak to her. The one nice thing I could say is that the room was of a decent size, unfortunately there were many problems with it. One of the lights wouldn't stop blinking, a door handle and the shower handle both came off in my hands, there was no tea or coffee in the room (despite there being a kettle and cups) and the bed looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. In fact, my girlfriend chose to sleep on the sofa instead of the bed. The breakfast in the morning was crap and the walls in the elevator were very greasy. On the whole, don't bother.

The hotel is in an isolated location. It is very run down and dirty. The lobby was dirty and noisy. Toilets were falling apart with missing fittings and very dirty, resembled a petrol station public toilet. Poor facilities, poor service . Pool was unusable - extremely dirty. Staff was unfriendly and did not speak English. No wi- fi even in public areas. Not worth the money

When we arrived, our reservations had been messed up. While that was being straightened out, we were being attacked by mosquitoes. The night clerk was not friendly or helpful and tried to charge us more than had been quoted. Fortunately, or maybe unfortunately, we found proof of our reservation. After receiving our keys, we took the elevator to our floor. We were trapped with more Mosquitoes. When we arrived on our floor,

Poorly run, Poorly maintained. If you don't get eaten alive by the bed bugs in the first night the breakfast in the morning will make you wish you did. The staff are rude and unhelpful. It certainly had potential and i get the feeling it may have been great 10 years ago, but unfortunately this place has expired and is no longer suitable for human occupancy. Swimming pool looked like a holding pit for the rats and cockroaches that tried to escape. Avoid this place at all costs.

The room is quite dark. There is also no main lightswitch. In order to lit all the lights I have to walk around the room and switch different switches in four places. We found black hairs of the cleaners all over our sheets and floor. The TV is ancient, looks like it's from the early 2000s with a 60cm screen. Inside the hotel are lizards, but this is in its own way kinda nice. It's from walking distance from the ruins and the train station, though on a hot day you might prefer to take a tuk tuk. It's a good bathroom, a decent toilet and a nice bed. You do have to pay for wifi (100 baht per day) and the swimming pool is closed for renovations (looking at other reviews for several months already). The service staff in the restaurant are very impolite. They will give you a menu and then wait at your table until you have picked. When they have delivered your food, they never return to your table, not even to take away the dishes so it's very hard to order dessert or drinks. They also speak no English at all and rely on you pointing at pictures on the menu. Overall it's an okay hotel, but not for a long stay. (Expensive food and wifi)

Reception is well maintained bt that is the d only thing u ll like abt this hotel, swiming pool closed, breakfast is btr as compare to other facilities, wifi is nt free u ll have to pay so btr buy a sim card from airport.room is btr and clean bt stinks. old tv and less channels are available, poor lightening, friendly staff, good bathroom .

Expensive price. Swimming pool closed... Water dark and smelly. Dirty room. Broken elevator. Pigeons droppings inside the hotel. Cold breakfast...horrible stay. I won't be surprised if this hotel closes its books soon. Just don't book it! You have way better for the same price
