We were really disappointed with our stay. The hotel is very dated and in need of a serious refresh. Our room had a musty smell with a slight urine odor that never really went away. The tops of surfaces, including the safe, were coated in dust, which made it feel like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. We also encountered pests during our short stay. We killed two cockroaches and several smaller bugs in the room, which was extremely unsettling. We didn’t try the Italian or Chinese restaurants, so I can’t comment on those. The “coffee shop” was also confusing and not at all what we expected. There was no actual counter to order coffee. It appeared to simply be the large room where the breakfast buffet is served. We were originally booked for two nights but decided to leave after the first night. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Krungsree hotel looks like a lavish large hotel from 1980s era. While it is nice clean big but it looks dated in comparison to modern hotel expectations.. A simple half litre water bottle will be charged. The rooms are all good , clean. Breakfast is lavish, large spread, although not to the likings of a typical indian vegetarian taste. Hasgood parking space for both cars as well as scooters.

The Hotel is located adjacent to the Historic Park Island. The Hotel is well appointed & the Staff are Cheerful, courteous & ever ready to assist. The hotel is ideally located within the city center and along the river. Though it may be a bit dated, but it is still clean. Driving to and from the hotel may be a bit confusing for some.
