This high-rise hotel in central Thailand was a one night stop for our tour group, and our family of 4. Rooms were VERY spacious, but as family of 4 required to have two rooms. We were upgraded to apartment-type suites with kitchenette and laundry. Large sitting and dining area and separate bedroom and bathroom. WiFi worked well. Good A/C and hot water. Kids enjoyed roof-top pool and hot tub. While we did not use there was gym and a refreshment room on same floor as pool. Restaurant had breakfast buffet with traditional Thai and western dishes....we well as Japanese, as this is an area where a lot of manufacturing is done with Japanese partnerships.

Stayed here recently as part of a Cosmos tour. It's an apartment-styled hotel so the rooms are spacious, new, with plenty of lighting, table-top surface to put stuff, full-sized fridge, kitchenette, sitting area, dining area, dvd player along with the tv, 2 free bottles of water, Wi-Fi, in-room safe, hair dryer, bathroom toiletries, tub, shower and coffee/tea amenities. We were provided a voucher to redeem for a free drink at the on-site coffee ship, Cafe Kantary. It wasn't anything to sneeze at, a small glass of passion fruit juice. On the 16th floor is where the rooftop pool is, gym and an executive lounge with free coffee and snacks. The best part was the free shuttle to the nearby Tesco Lotus shopping area. The shuttle (a tuk tuk) makes a stop at a sister hotel, Classic Kameo, before making its way to Tesco Lotus. You can check the tuk tuk schedules with front desk. Included breakfast was pretty good with a Japanese-bent. We were assigned rooms 301 and 303 right across from each other. Room 301 had two single beds and 303 one queen bed. There was a dead gecko crushed between the bathroom door and the door frame in room 301. In both rooms, there was a huge spider hanging out over the bed from the ceiling. Shame about that because I really loved the rooms. Room 301 has a more awkward layout with the bathroom because the room is rectangular in shape with the sink right area adjacent to the shower stall and the toilet and tub on the other end. It also has a less spacious kitchenette, being set in an alcove behind the entrance. Room 303 overlooks the front of the hotel and has a small balcony, not really useful as the AC condenser is located out there. The room's bathroom feels a little more spacious since it's square in shape and the tub, shower stall, toilet, sink area are set in distinct corners. The kitchenette forms the entry way along one wall.

Unfortunately we only stayed here for one night on our tour. We had a superb suite, as big as many apartments, with big siting area, dining table and a full kitchen complete with washing washing. The spacious bedroom had two good size beds with lovely bedding. Of course, the bathroom was of the same high standard, with big shower and bath. Lunch was a very good buffet, lots of choices and I was brought extra vegetarian dishes, which I appreciated. Breakfast was almost as good. A minor carp was that there was no bar, but a coffee shop which closed at 10, in spite of serving wine and beer.

My second visit to this hotel in almost three years. I must say that they maintain excellent standard. The room is very clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Very nice buffet breakfast. Welcome drinks are served in the coffee shop in front of the hotel (where they serve very good coffe and light meals). I always like this hotel group, especially in Chiang Mai and best of all the one on Koh Sichang, Somewhere Hotel, where I really like and will definitely go back there again. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed her for 2 nights on a recent business trip. There's nothing wrong with this hotel per se; it's average: From the aged decor and furnishings to the average quality of the food to the rather tired demeanor of the staff. However, it's clean and functional. No frills.

I stayed in a total of 4 hotels and this one by far was my favorite one. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was modern and clean. Love how big and roomy this hotel was. The breakfast was good and diverse enough. You will need a driver to take you to the historic sites though because this hotel is not near it at all. Just ask the people at the front desk to get you someone. They drivers that I got there were reasonable with their prices. Either way... I didn't mind the location because unwinding at the hotel after a long hot day of touring was truly a blessing. When I visit Thailand again, this hotel will get my pick again.

Clean room and good service. Hotel location is relatively close to the Ayutthaya ruins. Hotel staff were able to accommodate special dietary requirements during breakfast buffet. The studio suite we stayed in was large and the kitchen was well equipped. The toilets were clean and had all the necessary amenities. The gym and swimming pool were also well maintained.

I was with a Gate1 group for just one night. The room is fair in size. Dinner was provided, buffet style, not too many choices but food was tasty. Breakfast is adequate, sadly in a country where fruit is so abundant, the juices came off a container.

This hotel is situated on a very busy road. If you open your balcony door it can be deafining. They allow smoking ..(.in the rooms?) So some of the rooms you can really smell it. Clean nice tooms with a desk. Couch. Pool area is great. Gym spa pool sauna and breakfast really good and include omletes cereal hot foods etc. There is a shuttle which stops by the other hotel but can take you into town. Pity about their smoking policy. Smokers rooms could be best situated on the busy road side?

First let me say that our room was spotless and we appreciate that. The beds were comfortable and clean. However, the hallways smelled horribly of cigarette smoke - it was pretty awful. I do believe that people live in this hotel as well (I could be wrong). The reception was efficient, but not overly friendly. The pool area was horrific. All of the umbrellas were broken off, there were pigeons and droppings everywhere with very dirty furniture. Maybe they weren't ready for the busy summer season? We really wanted to like this hotel, but it needs some attention. Breakfast was plentiful, well stocked and clean.
