We were only here for 1 night but were pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of the rooms and the amenities. Our room had a washing machine (but no dryer) which we made good use of. They had a drying rack outside and things dried quickly. We only used the restaurant for breakfast but found it to be adequate.

Stayed here as part of a tour. Room was clean and shower was a welcomed experience with buckets of hot water. Unfortunately, our room was close to a very busy highway and the noise was a bit disturbing during the night. Breakfast buffet very good.

Two buildings house apartment-like rooms with some offering washing machines. We stayed only one night on a tour package and were very pleased with the service and food options for breakfast at the buffet. The room itself was open and spacious. Quiet and well run.

This room was huge with a small kitchen which we didn't use as we were only here for one night. We were in a separate building away from the hotel desk and restaurant but that was no problem. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Dinner was a bit of a challenge as the staff forgot to turn the fires on under the food to keep the variety of dishes warm so that was disappointing but I don't think it is a regular occurrence. What we did eat was quite tasty.

We stayed here as part of a Gate 1 tour of Thailand. We only spent one night but wish it would have been more. The room was more of a suite with a spacious living area, kitchen area and separate bedroom and bath. The air conditioner worked great. Dinner was included and was pretty good. I’m not a fan of Thai food, so appreciated the spaghetti and food desserts on the buffet! The only negative I could see (and this is not a big deal) was there were no washcloths in the bathroom. I like one with my showers so I carry the ones from the dollar store that are compact and light. When you put them in water they expand and make a washcloth. It’s probably something the maid can take home so I got cute ones. Hopefully our maid likes Minnie Mouse!

The Kantary Hotel Service Apartment in Ayutthaya was nice. The Kantary Hills Service Apartment in Chiang Mai was nicer. This was a good hotel for the Ayutthaya area. This service apartment is located off of Moo 1, Rojana Road. The area is on a busy road with lots of construction. Since, this is a service apartment; they have everything one needs to be comfortable. However, if money is needed or if miscellaneous supplies are needed, don’t worry as you’re close to the Kasikorn Bank & a 7-11. In general, this service apartment was fine. The staff was friendly enough. They were not all smiles all the time, but they were attentive & kind. There is a respectable restaurant & a tasty coffee place located at this hotel. The rooftop pool & spa was lovely. It was good to relax while offering a view of the city. The fitness center & sauna were satisfactory to use. It got the job done for total relaxation. My room was adequate. I had a studio which was roomy for me. It was good to have a kitchenette with full size refrigerator. I was content with the complimentary waters. There was a small balcony attached, but it was standing room only. There were a couple of concerns I had, but I did not take it up with the front desk. First issue was the room smelling like smoke. It’s not very pleasant, but I understand. Second issue was the balcony. If you closed the sliding door, somehow it locked itself. That would be chilling if you went outside, closed the door, & heard the door locking yourself out on the standing room balcony. This room was a little bit noisy with the outside noise, but not too bad. The dinner & breakfast served was wonderful. I enjoyed it. I ate well. This service apartment was acceptable. I would recommend Kantary Hotel. I would stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel for just one night earlier this month as part of a tour of Thailand. We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which was absolutely beautiful. A kitchen area with washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and tea and coffee making facilities, a spacious bathroom with fluffy towels, hairdryer and good quality toiletries,as well as a huge living area and bedroom. We had the buffet lunch on arrival which was delicious with a huge selection of dishes, and breakfast the next day was equally good. The staff were all very attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Kantary Hotel in Ayutthaya offers all what has promised and exceeds expectations. Room we stayed in was spacious and was more of a self-contained studio-flat that could provide good value for money to the business travellers.

We loved this hotel. We were here for new year's eve with a tour group and we had a blast. The manager of the hotel was very accommodating and celebrated NY with us. She went out of her way for us to have a great time. We had an amazing buffet dinner with various dishes. Our extremely large room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we could ask for in a hotel. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had enough space and shelving for our products. Definitely would stay here again.

We couldn’t find anything suitable in Ayutthaya for an overnight stay and Kantary surprised us positively. It’s a well maintained hotel with super nice service great spacious extra clean rooms and fairly good restaurant. There is also a well equipped fitness and charming swimming pool on the top. It’s not the best location you can imagine but it’s conveniently close to main road and also budget efficient. The big disappointment was the welcoming drink and the breakfast. The coupon for welcoming drink is given to you at checkin and you can pick it up at the on side hotel cafe chain. It appears it concludes a tiny glass of one kind of juice, the kind of treat not worth bothering. Second minus was breakfast that was focusing on Chinese breakfast taste, there was some bread and baguette but to my surprise it resembled a wooden block rather then anything eatable. But overall we were happy to stay at Kantary.
