Ladrones dentro del hotel

En este hotel nos robaron desde dentro de la habitacion y nadie se hizo cargo. No llamaron a la policia y tampoco devolvieron el dinero robado del equipaje. Todos estaban coludidos. La seguridad estaba ausente. No se recomienda para nada. Desde el administrador hasta los del servicio del aseo estaban implicados. Fue horroroso para la seguridad de las personas. No hay que asistir a este hotel.

El hotel esta bien ubicado frente a una playa solitaria y tranquila de amaralina. Muy bien conectado con numerosas lineas de colectivos que te llevan a cualquier lugar de salvador y se puede llegar caminando en 5 minutos a rio vermelho y otros sitios. La habitación es muy comoda. El wi fi es muy malo. Nosotros no teniamos el desayuno incluido en el precio y eso encarece bastante la estadía, para incluirlo alla el precio era muy alto y no pudimos cancelar la reserva una vez llegamos. El personal de cocina es muy muy amable

Hotel com péssimas instalações, elevador apresentava constante defeitos, chegando a parar entre um andar e o outro. Fiquei hospedado no terceiro andar, ficando sujeito a descer e subir escadas todos os 4 dias que permaneci hospedado. Banheiro alagava, descarga não funcionava, até barata tinha no quarto. Cheguei com problemas de saúdes no dia da hospedagem, e mesmo assim fiquei sujeito às escadas, já que o elevador pelo visto nunca passou por manutenção. Não indico nem pro meu pior inimigo.

Não vale o preço que cobra. Boa localização, ar condicionado não gela bem - é antigo e faz barulho. Não tem tomadas perto da cama. O recepcionista da noite{ homem mais jovem ] trata os clientes como se Salvador fosse um vilarejo.

Muito bom

Boa localização, vista bonita, café da manhã bom sem muitas variedades, mas tudo gostoso. Tudo muito limpo. O ponto negativo foi: No período de 9 dias tivemos que usar a mesma toalha, cobertas... pq o hotel não troca. Como passávamos o dia todo pela cidade e só voltávamos a noite, sempre nos esperávamos com essa situação. Sem falar que por duas vezes chegamos e a porta estava aberta.espero que o hotel revise essas falhas, pq foi a primeira vez que passamos por isso em hotel. Um destaque para a camareira Solange. Muito simpática e que estava sempre disposta a nós ajudar.

Não tivemos uma boa experiência. O quarto era mal conservado, móveis quebrados, fechadura da porta quebrada, reservamos com cama de casal e tivemos que dormir em camas de solteiro, pois não havia outras camas e nem outros quartos disponíveis. Não havia cobertas e nem funcionários para serviços de camareiras. Enfim, não retornaremos lá.

Empresas não respeitam o consumidor.

Péssima estadia, pois segundo o hotel em acordo com hoteis.com ele não da nota fiscal quando é paga pelo app, e o App nem CNPJ tem ambos estão unidos para enganar os clientes e lhe darem o direito à nota fiscal.

A educação dos funcionários compensa aquilo que deixa a desejar. Fiquei decepcionado com a questão do café da manhã. A propaganda diz que o café da manhã está incluso o que não é verdade, esse serviço é opcional. Para jantarmos no hotel temos que usar o serviço delivery, o estacionamento atende a um pequeno número de hóspedes, já que o verdadeiro estacionamento só funciona para eventos. O fator segurança acredito que precisa ser estudado já que não existe.

Esse Hotel nunca mais.

Percebi que alguns profissionais não se preocupa com a satisfação do cliente. Quando cheguei na recepção aproximadamente 06:00 da manhã fiquei a espera de alguém atendê-los. Queria tomar café, mas o café só serviria ás 07:00, acho um absurdo porque outros hotéis que frequento o café é servido mais cedo. Quando questionei sobre o horário do café, o recepcionista disse que era norma da casa. A localização do Hotel é péssimo para as refeições. O ambiente precisa de uma faxina pois tem um mau odor.Não indico.

Acomodações boa mas café da manhã fraco

Hotel bacana só peca em algumas coisas. Quando eu fiquei hospedado não sei tenha poucos hóspedes mas a cozinha não funcionou, só tinha água a oferecer e café da manhã fraco. Mas gostei muito das instalações e localização.
